The present invention provides a mobile device and an optical imaging lens thereof. The optical imaging lens comprises a first lens element, a second lens element, a third lens element, a fourth lens element, a fifth lens element, and a sixth lens element positioned in an order from an object side to an image side. Through controlling the convex or concave shape of the surfaces and/or the refracting power of the lens elements, the optical imaging lens shows better image performance and the total length of the optical imaging lens is shortened.

Present embodiments provide for a mobile device and an optical imaging lens thereof. The optical imaging lens comprises five lens elements positioned sequentially from an object side to an image side and an aperture stop positioned before the first lens element. Through controlling the convex or concave shape of the surfaces of the lens elements and designing parameters satisfying at least one inequality, the optical imaging lens shows better optical characteristics and the total length of the optical imaging lens is shortened.

Present embodiments provide for a mobile device and an optical imaging lens thereof. The optical imaging lens comprises four lens elements positioned sequentially from an object side to an image side. Though controlling the convex or concave shape of the surfaces, the refracting power and/or the ratio or difference among the parameters of the lens element(s), the optical imaging lens shows better optical characteristics and the total length of the optical imaging lens is shortened.
