A card connector includes an insulating housing defining a card recess, first electrical terminals and second electrical terminals disposed in the insulating housing. Each first electrical terminal has a base strip, a first fixing arm, a first elastic arm extending forward and inclining upward from the first fixing arm, a second elastic arm slantwise extending forward and upward from a substantial middle of the base strip and apart located under the first elastic arm, and a contact portion protruding upward from a front end of the base strip and apart located under the second elastic arm. A distal end of the first elastic arm elastically stretches upward into the card recess, and can be pressed downward to resist against the second elastic arm so as to make the second elastic arm further contact with the contact portion when an electronic card is inserted into the card recess.

Card connector

An electrical connector includes an insulating body having a base portion and a tongue portion extending forward from a front side of the base portion. A top surface of the tongue portion defines a plurality of terminal fillisters each extending along a front-to-rear direction to penetrate through the tongue portion and the base portion. Two inner sides of a front end of each terminal fillister protrude face-to-face to form two holding portions with an interval therebetween gradually narrowing from rear to front. A plurality of terminals each has a contact arm disposed in the terminal fillister. A shielding shell encloses the insulating body to define an inserting space between the shielding shell and the tongue portion. The contact arm has a front end thereof held between the holding portions to avoid curling under the action of inserting a mating connector into the inserting space.

Electrical connector

A connector soldered to a PCB has an insulating housing of which two opposite ends are recessed to form a pair of holding recesses, terminals mounted in the insulating housing with soldering portions projected out of a bottom of the insulating housing, a pair of supporting members mounted to two opposite ends of the insulating housing and a pair of supporting members. A bottom of the supporting member extends perpendicularly to form an inserting slice having a portion thereof punched sideward to form a projection. The positioning member mounted to the inserting slice has a soldering tail and a base slice having two opposite ends thereof bent sideward and then extended toward each other to form a pair of clasping portions. A guiding slot is opened in the base portion for receiving the projection. The projection can move up and down in the guiding slot to adjust the position of the positioning member to keep the soldering portions and the soldering tails level even when there is tolerance in production.

Connector with movable soldering attachments

A probe connector includes an insulating housing defining inserting passages each longitudinally penetrating therethrough with a blocking rib being protruded in a periphery inside thereof. A probe has a base board of which a front end has a contact head stretched forward out of the inserting passage, and a rear end has a resisting board extending downward from an end edge thereof and two blocking boards protruded downward from two side edges thereof for cooperating with the blocking rib to prevent the probe from sliding out of the inserting passage. A terminal has a base plate blocking a rear end of the inserting passage, and an elastic arm extending forward from a top of the base plate with a free end designed as a contact portion abutting against the base board. An elastic element is retractably located between the resisting board and the base plate.

Probe connector

A connector has an insulating housing of which two opposite ends extended frontward to form a pair of supporting arms, terminals mounted in the insulating housing having soldering portions projected out of a bottom of the insulating housing, and a positioning member. The positioning member has a base slice. A rear of a side edge the base slice is extended downward to form a holding slice movably received in a through slot recessed at the supporting arm. A front of the side edge of the base slice is extended downward and then bent perpendicularly to form a soldering slice. As the height between the base slice and the soldering slice is bigger than that of the supporting arm, the positioning member is capable of moving up-and-down to adjust the relative position between the soldering slice and the soldering portions of the terminals.

Connector

A connector includes an insulating housing, a plurality of terminals assembled in the insulating housing, and a shielding shell curved from a metal plate to show a substantially rectangular tubular shape with a receiving space therein. Two free ends of the metal plate are acted as a pair of jointing plates end-to-end jointed with each other. Two end edges of the jointing plates jointed together each have a portion bent downward beyond a level plane of the jointing plates and then extended overstride the joint of the jointing plates to form a reinforcing portion. The reinforcing portion of one jointing plate is superposed against a bottom face of the other jointing plate and further welded with the other jointing plate together to ensure the jointing plates firmly jointed with each other. The insulating housing with the terminals is inserted rearward in the receiving space of the shielding shell.

A connector soldered to a PCB has an insulating housing of which two opposite ends recessed to form a pair of fixing recesses, terminals mounted in the insulating housing having soldering portions projected out of a bottom of the insulating housing, a latch member and a positioning member. The latch member has a base slice inserted in the fixing recess. A top of the base plate extends sideward and then is bent downward to form a folded plate apart facing the base plate to define an interval therebetween. The positioning member movably mounted to the latch member has a base slice inserted in the interval and a soldering slice perpendicularly connected at a bottom of the base slice for being soldered with the PCB. The base slice of is capable of moving up-and-down in the interval to adjust the soldering slice to be level with the soldering portions.

Printed circuit board connector

A hinge includes a first connector which has a hollow pivotal sleeve with a channel penetrating therethrough, a coupling flap and a locating strip spaced from each other in a parallel relation and connected with two opposite edges of the channel respectively, a resilient tube pivotally received within and circumferentially biasing against the pivotal sleeve to produce a friction resistance force therebetween, two second connectors fastened to two opposite ends of the resilient tube, and a fastening element for holding the locating strip and the coupling flap closely together and adjust a space between the locating strip and the coupling flap to further regulate the friction resistance force. So the first connector may be positioned at any desired angle relative to the second connectors by means of the friction resistance force between the resilient tube and the pivotal sleeve.

Hinge

A connector soldered to a PCB has an insulating housing of which two opposite ends are recessed to form a pair of holding recesses, terminals mounted in the insulating housing with soldering portions projected out of a bottom of the insulating housing, a supporting member and a positioning member. The supporting member has a base slice having a bottom thereof extending horizontally to form a supporting slice which has a through slot and a pair of receiving slots. The positioning member has two soldering portions soldered with the PCB and a linking portion of inverted-U shape connecting the two soldering portions. The linking portion has two arms inserted in the corresponding receiving slots. The height of the linking portion is bigger than the thickness of the supporting slice to form intervals between the supporting slice and the positioning member to achieve an up-and-down movement of the positioning member.

A connector soldered to a PCB has an insulating housing of which two opposite ends recessed to form a pair of receiving recesses, terminals mounted in the insulating housing having soldering portions projected out of a bottom of the insulating housing, a positioning member. The positioning member has a base slice received in the receiving recess, a side edge of the front of the base slice extending downward and then being bent perpendicularly to form a soldering slice located to be lower than the bottom of the base for being soldered with the PCB. As the thickness of the base slice is less than the height of the receiving recess, intervals are accordingly formed between the positioning member and the top and bottom sides of the receiving recess to achieve an up-and-down movement of the positioning member.

A connector has an insulating housing of which two opposite ends extended frontward to form a pair of supporting arms, terminals mounted in the insulating housing having soldering portions projected out of a bottom of the insulating housing, a positioning member. The positioning member has a base slice received in a through slot formed at the supporting arm. A top slice and a bottom slice are extended from top and bottom edges of the base slice respectively and perpendicular to the base slice. The top slice is located above a top of the supporting arm, the bottom slice is located under a bottom of the supporting arm for being soldered on the PCB. As the height of the base slice is bigger than that of the through recess, intervals are accordingly formed between the supporting arm and positioning member to achieve an up-and-down movement of the positioning member.

A testing device includes a substrate, and a plurality of block patterns, each of which has a top area varying with an area of a shot region of the exposure apparatus, having at least two different heights located on the substrate. Additionally, the method for testing an exposure apparatus includes using the exposure apparatus to perform an exposure process on the testing device or on the testing device having a photoresist layer thereon, and testing the performance of the exposure apparatus through comparing surface information of the testing device computed by the exposure apparatus with actual surface information of the testing device or through examining photoresist patterns formed on the testing device.

The present invention provides a support stand. The support stand includes at least one H-beam set between a light source of an exposure machine and an operating machine of that to support an optical axis of the exposure machine, at least one supporting element set on a first part of the H-beam, a signal emitter set on a second part of the H-beam, and a signal receiver, receiving a signal sent from the signal emitter, set on a third part of the H-beam. The signal emitter and the signal receiver are used for detecting an optical axis shift.
