A trace structure for a touch panel having a transparent substrate with a touch sensing region and a border region surrounding the touch sensing region, the trace structure including: a plurality of traces disposed on the transparent substrate and within the border region; a plurality of bonding pads disposed in the border region of the transparent substrate, wherein each bonding pad has a first side and a second side, and the first side of each bonding pad is connected to a corresponding trace of the plurality of traces; and at least two trace extending portions extended toward an outer edge of the border region from the second side of two of the plurality of bonding pads.

Trace structure for the touch panel and electrical testing method

The present invention provides a backlight module used for a liquid crystal display. The backlight comprises a back plate having a first track set, a detachable light source set disposed on the back plate, and an optical films set combined with the back plate. The detachable light source set comprises a base, a light source disposed on a first side of the base, and a second track set disposed on a second side of the base. The second track set can connect to and slide on the first track set. Then the detachable light source set is removable, and the light source is easily to be replaced.

A liquid crystal display module with backlight module providing an enhancement coefficient of the brightness enhancement film (BEF) within the range of 0.1 to 0.5. The backlight module is disposed behind the display panel and comprises a bottom diffuser, a brightness enhancement film, and a top diffuser disposed on the brightness enhancement film. The invention is directed to a light module, which allows the individual lamp unit to be replaced with a new one and the luminance of the newly-replaced lamp unit can be automatically or manually adjusted to get a uniform luminance. Wherein, information of a first relation table of a lamp luminance versus a using time and a second relation table of the lamp luminance versus an operation current-power is used to determine the current power. In addition, a clocking unit is used to count a total using time for the light module. Then, a desired lamp luminance according to the first relation table can be determined, and then the current power is determined according to the second relation table.

A cut filter is used in a backlight module or a display device and positioned over the light source to filter off a part of the light comprising an overlap of at least two of the red light, the green light, and the blue light. By filtering off the overlapping part of light emitted from the light source to obtain a purer primary color light, the display device equipped with a conventional color filter can attain an improved color gamut.

A back light source module of a liquid crystal device is provided. The back light source module includes a backplate, a light source fixture disposed on the backplate. The back light source module also includes a first light source having a first normal line and disposing on the light source fixture, a second light source having a second normal line and disposing on the light source fixture, and a third light source having a third normal line and disposing on the light source fixture. Among them, a first angle is formed between the second normal line and the first normal line, a second angle is formed between the third normal line and the first normal line, and both the first angle and the second angle are less than 90 degrees.

Light module with control of luminance and method for managing the luminance

The present invention provides a back light module, having an optical element, a light source and an outer supporting means. The optical element includes main body and protrusions which protrude from an edge of the main body. Contiguous protrusions with the main body form a positioning groove. The conjunction region between protrusion and main body is a fillet. The outer supporting means fixes the optical elements and the light source, which has at least one positioning component disposed on the edge of the back plate. The positioning component includes one inner wall near to edge of the main body, a side wall near to the protrusion and a transition wall connecting the side wall and the inner wall. A separate distance g between the fillet and the side wall so that the optical element can be prevented from cracking during the impact or shock test of the back light module.

A backlight module. The backlight module comprises a hollow frame and a light guide plate. The hollow frame includes a protrusion that projects inwardly. The light guide plate, including a concave portion, is disposed in the hollow frame in a manner such that the protrusion engages with the concave portion.

A positioning structure of a back light module has an optical film and a frame, wherein at least one flange is respectively disposed at two corresponding edges of the optical film and the flange has a neck portion. The frame is used to position the optical film and includes base, a constraining block and a bridge, wherein the base is used to contain the flange of the optical film, and the constraining block protrudes from the surface of the base and corresponds to the neck portion of the flange so as to restrict displacement of the flange parallel to the surface of the base, and the bridge is mounted on the top of the base to constrain the displacement of the flange perpendicular to the direction of the surface of the base. In addition, appropriate gaps are retained both between the constraining block and the neck portion of the flange, and between the bridge and the flange such that the optical film can freely extend when it is heated to deform.
