A method may include thinning a silicon wafer to a particular thickness. The particular thickness may be based on a passband frequency spectrum of an adjustable optical filter. The method may also include covering a surface of the silicon wafer with an optical coating. The optical coating may filter an optical signal and may be based on the passband frequency spectrum. The method may additionally include depositing a plurality of thermal tuning components on the coated silicon wafer. The plurality of thermal tuning components may adjust a passband frequency range of the adjustable optical filter by adjusting a temperature of the coated silicon wafer. The passband frequency range may be within the passband frequency spectrum. The method may include dividing the coated silicon wafer into a plurality of silicon wafer dies. The anaerobic digestion unit includes an organic solid waste pretreatment system and an anaerobic digestion device. The biogas measurement and collection unit includes a gas flow meter and a high-pressure biogas collection device. The methane purification and liquefaction unit includes a high-pressure separation tank, a liquefaction pretreatment system, a heavy hydrocarbon and benzene removal device, a two-stage rectification system, a low-temperature pressure liquid storage tank device and a buffer storage tank. The organic solid waste undergoes an anaerobic digestion treatment to produce methane followed by collection, purification and liquefaction.

In an example, a communication module includes an optical transmitter, an optical receiver, and a periodical filter. The optical transmitter is configured to emit an outbound optical signal. The optical receiver is configured to receive an inbound optical signal. A first frequency of the outbound optical signal is offset from a second frequency of the inbound optical signal by an amount less than a channel spacing of a multiplexer/demultiplexer implemented in an optical communication system that includes the communication module. Present invention relates to a human lung tissues-active targeting immune nanoliposome of methylprednisolone, wherein, nanoliposomes loaded with therapy drugs is covalently coupled with nanobodies against human pulmonary surfactant protein A. Wherein, the therapy drug is methylprednisolone sodium succinate, the nanoliposome consists of phospholipids, cholesterols and long cycling materials. The molar ratio of the methylprednisolone sodium succinate to phospholipids within the nanoliposome is 0.30-0.45. Present invention successfully provides a new human lung tissues targeting hormone preparation, wherein, the nanoliposome serves as a carrier, the nanobody against human pulmonary surfactant protein A serves as a specific lung tissue targeting ligand, methylprednisolone sodium succinate serves as a therapy drug. In accordance with present invention, an efficient, stable human lung tissues-active targeting immune nanoliposome, with specific active lung targeting, is prepared.

The present invention relates to pharmaceutical and medical technologies, and more particularly to novel nanobodies against pulmonary surfactant protein A (SP-A) and their preparation methods. The nanobodies of the present invention comprises an amino acid sequence having certain formula. The present invention also relates to nucleic acid sequences encoding the nanobodies, their preparation method and their applications. Immunohistochemistry and in vivo imaging show that the nanobodies of the present inventions have high lung-targeting specificity.

Lung-targeting nanobodies against pulmonary surfactant protein A and their preparation

The present invention relates to the field of biochemistry and pharmaceutical technologies. The present invention provides nanobodies that bind to human pulmonary surfactant protein A (SP-A) as well as the preparing methods and use of the same. The nanobody comprise an amino acid sequence having the formula of Q(x)LVESGG(x)V(x)G(x)SL(x)LS(x)E(x)KG(x)S(x)T(x)Y(x)C(x)S(x)V(x)R; wherein x is amino acid; n2&#x2dc;n6 are positive integers; 1&#x2266;n2&#x2266;21; 1&#x2266;n3&#x2266;19; 1&#x2266;n4&#x2266;50; 1&#x2266;n5&#x2266;22; 1&#x2266;n6&#x2266;8. The present invention take fresh frozen sections of lung as antigen, gene sequences with high affinity with hSP-A were obtained by constructing an SP-A antibody library and affinity selection, and nanobodies with high affinity and small molecular weight were obtained by induced expression of the gene sequences through a prokaryotic expression vector. Immunohistochemistry and in vivo imaging in nude mice showed the nanobodies have high specificity for targeting lung tissue.

Disclosed in one example embodiment is a method for fabricating a reinforced multi-body optical device. One method involves applying a coating to sides of an interior plate and bonding two plates to either side of the interior plate. The bonded plates are diced at an angle that is not orthogonal to the bonded plates. The top and bottom portions of a diced section are removed to form a multi-body polarization beam splitter (PBS) having a generally rectangular perimeter. A supporting plate is bonded to the multi-body PBS to form a reinforced multi-body PBS, wherein the supporting plate has a CTE that is within about 0.5 parts per million of the CTE of the multi-body PBS. The multi-body PBS is grinded to reduce the thickness of the multi-body PBS.
