Embodiments of the present invention provide a display device. The display device includes a display panel and a display module, the display module includes a first supporting layer, an adhesive layer and a second supporting layer, and an accommodation cavity is formed between the adhesive layer, the first supporting layer and the second supporting layer. The accommodating cavity structure is correspondingly arranged in the bending region of the flexible display panel, thereby improving the structure of the display module and effectively improving the overall performance of the display panel.

Display device

Embodiments of the present application provide a display panel and a display device, the display panel includes a flexible screen, an adhesive layer, a first heat dissipation layer, a support layer, and a second heat dissipation layer. Both the first heat dissipation layer and the second heat dissipation layer are disposed as metal heat dissipation layers. By arranging the heat dissipation layers as metal heat dissipation materials, heat formed during operation of the display panel can be quickly transferred and dissipated, thereby effectively improving performance of the display panel.

Display panel and display device

The present application provides a flexible display panel including a flexible substrate and a flexible circuit board electrically connected to the flexible substrate. Pins on the flexible substrate and the flexible circuit board are disposed to be inclined at a certain angle. When pitches of the pins on the flexible circuit board are changed due to expansion and contraction of the flexible circuit board itself, an accurate alignment of the pins on the flexible substrate and the flexible circuit board can be realized by adjusting the position of the flexible circuit board relative to the flexible substrate before connecting the flexible circuit board to the flexible substrate, thereby ensuring the quality of the flexible display panel and improving product yield of the display panel.

The structure and the testing device used for measuring the bonding strength of the light-emitting panel, including: a substrate, a flip chip film is disposed on the substrate, and a bonding portion of the flip chip film is bonded to the substrate. Wherein an orthographic projection of a non-bonding portion of the flip chip film on the substrate covers an orthographic projection of the bonding portion on the substrate, and the non-bonding portion is stretched to measure a bonding strength between the flip chip film and the substrate, thereby reducing the risk of breakage between the layers inside the substrate, thereby the bonding strength between the flip chip film and the substrate can be measured more accurately.
