A display substrate, a display panel and a display device are provided. The display substrate includes a plurality of pixel groups arranged in a first direction. Each pixel group at least includes a first pixel column and a second pixel column arranged sequentially along the first direction. The first pixel column includes one first display pixel or a plurality of first display pixels arranged in a second direction interesting with the first direction. The second pixel column includes one second display pixel or a plurality of second display pixels arranged in the second direction. The outline of the display area of the display substrate includes a first outline section not parallel to either the second direction or the first direction.

The display substrate includes a base substrate and a plurality of main spacers on the base substrate. The array of the plurality of pixel areas includes at least one group of pixel areas. Each of the at least one group of pixel areas includes a matrix of pixel areas. In each of the at least one group of pixel areas, each row of the plurality of pixel areas corresponds to at least one of the plurality of main spacers, and each column of the plurality of pixel areas corresponds to at least one of the plurality of main spacers.

The transfer printing plate is configured for transferring an alignment liquid to a mainboard of a display panel and may include: a base plate; a transfer printing portion formed on the base plate and comprising at least two strip-shaped protrusions arranged side by side and spaced apart by a predetermined distance; and a supporting and connecting portion formed between two adjacent strip-shaped protrusions of the at least two strip-shaped protrusions and connected to the two adjacent strip-shaped protrusions.
