A plug includes an insulation body, a plurality of first contacts, and a plurality of second contacts. The plurality of first contacts are assembled in the insulation body and include a plurality of first contact portions disposed at a first side of the insulation body and a plurality of first legs disposed along a second side of the insulation body. The plurality of first contact portions are arranged in a first row along the first side. The plurality of second contacts are assembled in the insulation body and include a plurality of second contact portions disposed at the first side of the insulation body and a plurality of second legs disposed along the second side. The plurality of second contact portions are arranged along a second row along the surface side of the first side such that the first row is spaced from the second row by a predetermined distance.

Plug connector and connector assembly

A stacked electrical connector having an insulation body, a plurality of contacts, an external case, and an internal case. The insulation body includes a pair of plugs and a separation member disposed between the pair of plugs for separating the pair of plugs. The plurality of contacts are disposed on the pair of plugs. The external case encloses the insulation body, while the internal case encloses the separation member. The internal case has at least two support legs extending out of the external case from two sides of the internal case respectively, to secure the electrical connector on a circuit board. By providing the support legs on the internal case, the material cost of the connector can be reduced and the workability of the support legs can be improved.

Stacked electrical connector

An electrical connector assembly for an electronic device. The electrical connector assembly having an electrical connector and a signal indicator. The electrical connector having at least two communication interfaces utilizing different communication standards. The signal indicator is secured along one side of the electrical connector, wherein the signal indicator emits different colors of light corresponding to a function of one of the at least two communication interfaces.

Electrical connector assembly

An electrical connector having an insulative housing, a plurality of first terminals and a plurality of second terminals. The first terminals are disposed in the insulative housing. Each of the first terminals has a first contact portion, a first solder portion, and a first connection portion between the first contact portion and the first solder portion. The plurality of second terminals are also disposed in the insulative housing. Each of the second terminals has a second contact portion, a second solder portion, and a second connection portion between the second contact portion and the second solder portion. The first solder portions of the first terminals and the second solder portions of the second terminals are arranged in two rows in a lateral direction, respectively. The row of the first solder portions is separated from the row of the second solder portions by a predetermined distance in a longitudinal direction.

Electrical connector

An electrical connector adapted to electrically connect with a plug-type electrical connector of the periphery equipment of the computer. The electrical connector includes a housing, an insulating body, a plurality of first conductive terminals, and a plurality of second conductive terminals. The insulating body having a frame and a terminal block positioned within the frame. The plurality of first conductive terminals positioned along a first surface of the terminal block, while the plurality of second conductive terminals are positioned along a second surface of the terminal block. The plurality of first conductive terminals include a first ground terminal, while the plurality of second conductive terminals include a second ground terminal, and the first ground terminal and the second ground terminal share one free end leading out of the electrical connector.
