A method of encoding and decoding downlink instructions based on mud flow rate includes an encoding method and a decoding method. The encoding method and the decoding method are configured to transmit and receive instructions by controlling the mud flow rate during drilling process. The method of encoding and decoding downlink instructions based on mud flow rate does not require a fixed threshold of voltage as a judgement standard for '0' and “1” symbols, but uses voltage change rate as a standard for judging the level transition, avoiding decoding failure caused by the inability of voltage sampling values to reach the fixed threshold after well depth is increased.

The present disclosure provides an anisotropic lamellar inorganic fiber aerogel material and a preparation method thereof. The method includes: mixing a polymer solution, an inorganic precursor and a chloride to obtain a spinning precursor solution; blow spinning the spinning precursor solution to obtain a composite fiber aerogel; calcinating the composite fiber aerogel to obtain the anisotropic lamellar inorganic fiber aerogel material. Therefore, the method has advantages of simplicity, easy operation, low cost, high efficiency and easy industrialized production. The inorganic fiber aerogel materials prepared by the above method are composed of multi-layer stacked fibers and have an anisotropic lamellar structure, which can be cut into any desired shape, and stacked to any desired thickness. In addition, the inorganic fiber aerogel materials have good flexibility and compressibility, excellent fire resistance, good high and low temperature resistance and superior thermal insulation, which greatly expands their application field.

Embodiments disclosed herein provide a method and system for management and resolution of a blockchain-based top-level domain. The method comprises: a master node receiving request information for operations on top-level domain resource record from a requesting node, and encapsulating master node information and authenticated request information into a pre-preparation message; each normal node verifying the pre-preparation message, and after successful verification, generating a preparation message comprising request information, a request information verification identifier, and current node information; each node verifying the preparation message, when the number of authenticated preparation message sending nodes reaches a consensus threshold, adding an operation result corresponding to the request information to a new block in a local blockchain. The method ensures security of operations on top-level domain resource record stored in the block, resists top-level domain hijacking attacks, and provides consistent processing and storing of operations on top-level domain resource record by multiple nodes.

An acceleration technology for accessing system memory, which provides translation agent hardware that calculates the physical address of the system memory based on an access request issued from the device end. The translation agent hardware has a cache memory that stores information to speed up the calculation of the physical address. Each cache line corresponds to a last-recently used (LRU) index value, and the cache line with the greatest LRU index value is preferentially released to be reassigned. A counter counts a count value to show an isochronous caching demand. LRU index values of cache lines assigned to non-isochronous caching are kept not lower than the count value, and thereby isochronous caching takes precedence over non-isochronous caching.

A processing system and method for a data strobe signal (DQS). A counter circuit counts falling edges of the DQS within a valid region of the DQS and thereby generates a plurality of counting signals. An OR logic circuit receives the counting signals and a DQS window start signal and thereby generates a DQS window signal. A filter circuit is provided to gate the DQS according to the DQS window signal. The DQS window start signal is kept asserted until at least one of the counting signals changes due to the counting.
