Methods and apparatuses for wireless communication using antenna array

A chipset including at least one processor is provided. The at least one processor of the chipset is configured to acquire an interference whitening (IW) and detection scheme and demodulate an interference signal based on the acquired IW and detection scheme, wherein the IW and detection scheme is determined based on an interference characteristic of the interference signal, and the interference characteristic is determined based on whether a region in which the interference signal is included collides with a reference signal region of a serving cell and whether the interference signal is a reference signal.

Apparatus and method for mitigating interference in wireless communication system

A chipset is provided. The chipset is configured to detect an interference characteristic of a neighbor cell corresponding to groups and perform an interference whitening operation based on the interference characteristic. The groups are generated by dividing a time interval occupied by a first reference signal region by dividing a frequency band occupied by the first reference signal region, or by dividing a time interval occupied by a second reference signal region. A frequency band occupied by the second reference signal region is wider than the frequency band occupied by the first reference signal region.

Provided is a data decoding method of a wireless communication device. The method includes receiving a plurality of sub-frames. The method further includes accumulating data signals respectively included in each of the plurality of sub-frames. The method further includes updating a channel estimation value based on reference signals included in a most recent sub-frame of the plurality of sub-frames. The method further includes calculating a log likelihood ratio (LLR) based on the accumulated data signals and the updated channel estimation value. Data decoding method and device in wireless communication system

Disclosed is a method and apparatus for transmitting data in a cellular communication system including at least one base station that communicates with a plurality of mobile stations through a given frequency band. The method and apparatus divides the frequency band into at least two subcarrier groups each including a plurality of subcarriers; allocates at least one subcarrier group to each mobile station, and changes the subcarrier group allocated to each mobile station according to a predetermined period; and codes data to be transmitted to each mobile station with a plurality of codes, and transmits modulation symbols obtained by performing inverse fast Fourier transform (IFFT) on a plurality of subcarriers of the allocated subcarrier group.
