The display apparatus includes display and communication modules, and the information configuration method for the display apparatus includes: obtaining environmental information where the display apparatus is located; determining, by the communication module, a communication mode matching with the environment information, receiving target information sent by a server; and displaying, by the display module, target content corresponding to the target information. According to the display apparatus, information required to be displayed can be display by the display module, and by displaying different information, the display apparatus can be reused, thereby reducing waste. In addition, information is sent to the display apparatus in different communication modes according to the environment information of the display apparatus, which can improve the timeliness and convenience of updating information in the display apparatus and improve use experiences.

The present disclosure provides a display control method of a spliced screen including a plurality of sub-display screens, including: sending a display control signal to each sub-display screen in a wireless sending manner according to a time code signal; receiving, by each sub-display screen, the display control signal in a wired receiving manner, and reporting status information of each sub-display screen to the display controller; and controlling, by the display controller, displaying of each sub-display screen according to the status information of each sub-display screen, where the time code signal indicates a current time point; the display control signal is configured for controlling the sub-display screen to perform corresponding display processing on display content stored, so that the sub-display screens display a target display content together. A direct structured illumination microscopy (dSIM) reconstruction method is provided. First, a time domain modulation signal is extracted through a wavelet. Then, an incoherent signal is converted into a coherent signal. Next, an accumulation amount at each pixel is calculated. Finally, a super-resolution image is generated by using a correlation between signals at different spatial positions. An autocorrelation algorithm of dSIM is insensitive to an error of a reconstruction parameter. dSIM bypasses a complex frequency domain operation in structured illumination microscopy (SIM) image reconstruction, and prevents an artifact caused by the parameter error in the frequency domain operation. The dSIM algorithm has high adaptability and can be used in laboratory SIM, nonlinear SIM imaging systems, or commercial systems.

The present disclosure discloses a display method and apparatus. A specific implementation of the method comprises: acquiring an experimental environment image; presenting, on the experimental instrument image using an augmented reality approach, a status image indicating an experimental status of an experimental instrument when performing the target experiment; in response to detecting a gesture operation of a user, determining experiment effect information of an experiment operation based on a corresponding relation between the gesture operation and the experiment operation of the target experiment, wherein the experiment effect information comprises an experiment effect image; and displaying, using the augmented reality approach, the experiment effect image in the experimental environment image having presented the status image. This implementation may superpose a virtual status image and an experiment effect image on a reality environment image, thereby enhancing the display fidelity.
