A stepping exercise machine includes a base and a pedal. The base is provided with an undulating slide rail. A top end of the slide rail is defined as a peak. Bottom ends of two sides of the peak are defined as troughs. The two sides of the peak or the bottom ends of the troughs are provided with stop blocks, respectively. An underside of the pedal is pivotally connected with rollers. Two sides of the underside of the pedal are fixedly connected with a pair of stretchable elastic members. The other ends of the pair of stretchable elastic members are fixed to two sides of the base. The rollers support and drive the pedal to reciprocate along the undulating slide rail ups and downs by means of the stretchable elastic members.

A multi-stage adjustable spring resistant belly massager comprises a belly massaging pad, a push-pull rod, a resistance adjusting mechanism and two handle grips. The belly massaging pad rests on the human belly, the push-pull rod is mounted in a barrel to perform the up and down movement, the resistance adjusting mechanism surrounds the push-pull rod and the handle grips are for the player to practice the push-pull exercise on the belly. The resistance adjusting mechanism is composed of a plurality of pulling guides, spring straps, a top decorative cover and a lock ring. The player operates the handle grips to carry out the up and down movement on the belly in one way and rotates the push-pull rod around the belly in other way to accomplish the weight reduction and fat removal in the belly.

A spring bar includes a spring, and two tubes are respectively connected to two ends of the spring. Each of the tubes has a slot, and a plurality of positioning recesses are defined in two insides defining the slot. Two mounting collars are respectively mounted to the two extensions on the two handles, and a through hole is defined through each of the mounting collars. Each of the two positioning members has a spring member which is biased in the mounting collar corresponding thereto and movably extends through the positioning hole and inserted in the slot. An annular groove is defined in each of the positioning members so that the handles can be pulled outward after the positioning members are pushed.

A scooter includes a body having four pulleys at four corners of the body. A wire reeves through the pulleys. A head tube is connected to the body, and a handlebar stem with a front wheel rotatably extends through the head tube. A rear wheel is connected to the rear part. Two pedals are fixedly connected to the wire, and toothed belts extend through the pedals. Each pedal has two wheel sets. Each wheel set has a shaft on which a one-way bearing is mounted. A gear is connected on the the one-way bearing and is engaged with the toothed belts. Wheels of the wheel sets contact the ground, and the scooter moves by reciprocally shifting the pedals on the toothed belts.

A hand exerciser includes a hollow sphere that has four openings and a cruciform member is supported in the sphere. Two handle disks and two massage disks are rotatably connected to four ends of the cruciform member and respectively engaged with the openings. A rod extends from a center of the cruciform member and a spring is mounted to the rod and a tube is rotatably mounted to the rod and biased by the spring. A weight is connected to a lateral rod extending from the tube. The eccentric force by the weight when the sphere is rotated applies a force to the hands holding the handle disks or the massage disks.

The main pad is installed with several raised buffering pieces. The bottom pad is piled up inside the inner pad with several raised arcs on the back board. The joint tube houses a retaining spring having a turnover leaf and a lock post fitted into the lock hole of the joint tube. The joint tube is inserted into the sleeve tube of the handle. The sleeve tube provides a plurality of adjusting holes. When the joint tube slides in place in the sleeve tube, the catch lug on the inner wall of the sleeve tube will enter the ring groove of the joint tube and press the retaining spring so to allow the handle to move freely along the ring groove for proper angular adjustment. The far end of the handle links with an end wheel. When waving the end wheels with two hands, the bent shank will rotate in cycle.

A resistance adjustment mechanism for an easy pull exerciser mainly comprises an outer shell, adjustment device, winding wheel and gear axis. The outer shell is composed of the first and second shells. The first shell has an adjustment device containing a rotating knob, a retainer and a one-way clutch bearing. The retainer is clamped and attached to the first shell with outside for the rotating knob's thread stud to pass through. Normally, the teeth on gear axis match the inner ring gear of the second shell. A flexible arrangement for gear axis makes the gear axis rotate under inward pressure, so the degree of tightness for the spiral spring can be adjusted to control the resilient force for the pull string. Therefore, when back to the normal state, the gear axis is positioned to the inner ring gear. The mechanism provides easy adjustment and secured position for the gear axis.

An illuminating hand-shaking exerciser with a triple rotating axle mainly comprises a main shell having internal rotary collars connected to shells by an axle. When two semi-spherical covers of two sets of matching shells are closed against each other, a space is provided for internal rotary collars. One shell holds several lighting coils. The internal rotary collars are placed in the order of large, medium and small collars. The small collar has a groove at inner edge to lock an inertial magnetic weight inside. When the user grasps the shell and shakes it around, the large, medium and small collars will rotate three-dimensionally. Further, due to inertial rotation by the inertial magnetic weight inside the small collar, the entire exerciser will shake vigorously. Meanwhile, the lighting coils will illuminate due to inertial rotation of the magnet. Thus, the exerciser provides hand exercise with entertaining effect of illumination.

A rolling ball hand-shaking exerciser comprises at least one main casing and one ball coated externally with soft material which rolls internally in the casing. The casing constitutes two identical semispherical shells interlocked integrally and extend outward to form tow handles. At the central beak of the shell a string of small pellets encircles one layer after layer with slightly projected head. When the player holds the handles and turns it around an orbit, the ball rolls in an inertia revolution manner with the limited space inside of the casing, it creates a vibration and damper action to achieve the hand exercise, and the pellets work as the massaging material as well.

A hand-shaking exerciser outfitted with an internal rotor comprises a hollow casing and a rotor shaft. The hollow casing consists of two identical semispherical shells interlocked integrally and extending outward to form two handles. At the far top of the shell, many small hard pellets are installed. The internal inertia rotor shaft is composed of two crown plates, an inertia weight and a wheel plate, one of which has an oval head at one side and one sleeve at other to receive the inertia weight. Two crown plates will hold and lock the inertia weight and wheel plate firmly to constitute an integral rotor shaft. When the player holds the handles and shakes the exerciser, the rotor shaft will make a free inertia rolling within the casing. The vigorous rolling of the rotor shaft will produce powerful vibration force acting as a massaging force to achieve the practical purpose.
