The present disclosure provides a system for MRI. The system may obtain a plurality of echo signals relating to a subject that are excited by an MRI pulse sequence applied to the subject. The system may perform a quantitative measurement on the subject based on the plurality of echo signals. The MRI pulse sequence may include a CEST module configured to selectively excite exchangeable protons or exchangeable molecules in the subject, an RF excitation pulse applied after the CEST module configured to excite a plurality of gradient echoes, and one or more refocusing pulses applied after the RF excitation pulse. Each of the refocusing pulses may be configured to excite one or more spin echoes. The one or more spin echoes excited by at least one of the one or more refocusing pulses may include a symmetric spin echo and one or more asymmetric spin echoes.

Systems and methods for magnetic resonance imaging

The present disclosure provides a system for MRI. The system may obtain a plurality of echo signals relating to a subject that are excited by an MRI pulse sequence applied to the subject. The system may perform a quantitative measurement on the subject based on the plurality of echo signals. The MRI pulse sequence may include a CEST module configured to selectively excite exchangeable protons or exchangeable molecules in the subject, an RF excitation pulse applied after the CEST module configured to excite a plurality of gradient echoes, and one or more refocusing pulses applied after the RF excitation pulse. In some embodiments, the quantitative measurement may include determining various quantitative parameters including a T1, a T2, a T2*, an R2 value, an R2* value, an R2', a B0 field, a pH value, an MWF, and an APT simultaneously.

A method for magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) may include obtaining a plurality of k-space datasets related to a scanning of a subject performed by an MRI scanner. The method may also include obtaining at least one filter for processing the plurality of k-space datasets, and applying the at least one filter to the plurality of k-space datasets convolutionally to obtain a plurality of processed k-space datasets. By applying the at least one filter, an application region extending through the plurality of k-space datasets may be determined within the plurality of k-space datasets, and a data point within the application region may be modified based at least on the other data points within the application region. The method may further include generating an image based on at least one of the processed k-space datasets.

Methods and systems for magnetic resonance imaging

The present invention provides a novel tocopherol associated protein (TAP-38) DNA/protein with a 76 nucleotide base deletion resulting in a 25 amino acid deletion, followed by 90 novel nucleotides that code for 30 novel amino acids that are not expressed by TAP-46. The present invention provides data showing that TAP-38 enhances the apoptotic inducing properties of tocopherol based compounds, and blockage of TAP reduces the effectiveness of tocopherol based compounds. Thus, the present invention claim that expression of TAP-38 by tumor cells enhances the apoptotic inducing properties of tocopherol based compounds. The present invention provides aerosol liposome/transfection/infection methods for delivery of TAP-38 and TAP-46 cDNA plasmids separately and in combination with tocopherol based apoptotic inducing agents as well as with other chemotherapeutic agents as a method for treatment and prevention of cellular proliferative diseases and disorders.
