A high-grade non-oriented silicon steel and a production method are provided. The non-oriented silicon steel includes the following chemical components in percent by mass: 0.002-0.004% of C, not greater than 0.003% of S, 1.4-1.7% of Si, 0.7-0.95% of Mn, not greater than 0.03% of P, 0.015-0.035% of Sn; and 11×([Si]-1.4%)=14×([Mn]-0.7%). In the production method, the heating temperature of a continuous casting billet is 1,120-1,150° C.; the finishing temperature in finish rolling is 890±15° C.; the rolling reduction of the last pass of finish rolling is not less than 30%, the total rolling reduction of the last two passes of finish rolling is not less than 50%, and the coiling temperature is 650±20° C.; normalizing treatment is avoided before acid continuous rolling.

High-grade non-oriented silicon steel and production method thereof

Disclosed is a sorting device configured to sort N numbers with N rounds of sorting processes from a first round sorting process to an Nround sorting process and obtain N-rounds sort results from a first-round sort result to an N-round sort result, wherein at least two pairs of numbers of the N numbers are sorted in each of the N rounds of sorting processes concurrently, a K-round sort result is dependent on a (K&#x2212;1)-round sort result, the N-round sort result is the N numbers in a descending/ascending order, and the N is an integer greater than two. The sorting device includes sorting circuits and duplicating circuits that are selectively used for each of the N rounds of sorting processes. Each sorting circuit is configured to sort two numbers and obtain the collating sequence of the two numbers. Each duplicating circuit is configured to output a number it received.

Sorting device

A vascular stent conveying system includes a housing, an outer cannula, a cleaning tube, an inner cannula, and a driving assembly. The outer cannula is located outside the housing and is connected to a first end of the housing. The cleaning tube is connected to a second end of the housing, a first end of the cleaning tube is located in the housing, and a second end of the cleaning tube extends out of the housing. A part of the inner cannula is located in the housing, a first end of the inner cannula extends into the outer cannula, and a second end of the inner cannula extends from the first end of the cleaning tube to a tube chamber of the cleaning tube. A part of the driving assembly is located in the housing, and operably engaged with a part of the inner cannula located in the housing.

Power tool

An oscillatory power tool that is capable of using various types of cutting tools is disclosed. The power tool includes an output shaft for mounting one of the cutting tools and driving the cutting tool in an oscillating rotary motion. An end of the output shaft has a driving section for engaging with a securing section of the cutting tool. The power tool further includes a fastener connected to the output shaft at the end and connectable to the securing section of the cutting tool for fastening the cutting tool to the end of the output shaft. The driving section has a fitting surface for contacting a surface of the securing section. Through a close fit between the friction surface and the surface of the securing section, the power tool can be connected with different types of cutting tools, which greatly improves the universality and convenience of the power tool.

A measuring apparatus for measuring parameters of an object is provided. The measuring apparatus, according to one implementation, includes a right-handed glove configured to be worn on the right hand of a user and a left-handed glove configured to be worn on the left hand of the user. A first wireless communication device is attached to the right-handed glove and a second wireless communication device is attached to the left-handed glove. The measuring apparatus also includes a calculating device. The first and second wireless communication devices are configured to wirelessly communicate time-based signals with each other. The calculating device utilizes the time-based signals to determine a first dimension of an object.

An illuminator is provided, comprising a support frame arranged symmetrically around an optical axis of an optical sensor. The illuminator includes at least one light bar connected to the support frame. At least one light source is connected to the support frame, wherein each of the at least one light source is configured to direct light towards one of the opposing ends of one of the at least one light bar. The illuminator further includes a peripheral cover configured to receive light emitted from the front face of each of the at least one light bar. The peripheral cover is further configured to emit dark field illumination at a low incident angle with respect to a plane perpendicular to the optical axis and to emit bright field illumination at a high incident angle with respect to the plane perpendicular to the optical axis.

Various embodiments illustrated herein disclose a latching mechanism that enables engagement of modules on a mobile scanning device. The latching mechanism includes a release switch that translates between a first position and a second position. The release switch is coupled to a latch body that includes a first tongue section and a second tongue section. The first tongue section engages with the mobile scanning device, while the second tongue section engages with an attachment member. When the release switch is moved to a first position, the mobile scanning device is disengaged. When the release switch is moved to the second position, the attachment member is disengaged.

A compact illuminator for a direct part marking (DPM) scanner is provided to perform dual-field, multi-color, multi-directional, multi-distance illumination functions. The illuminator can selectively provide dark field and bright field illumination with broad spectrum white or narrow band color, in combination with directions for near contact distance as well as far distance barcode readings. Specifically, illuminator includes a front edge illuminator with customized LED optics, a dome diffuser, an LED board assembly, and a reflective sleeve surrounding the dome diffuser. The board assembly can further include an alternative on/off plural point source bright field spot illuminating system. A method for scanning DPM indicia focuses on generating illumination light using an illumination assembly, illuminating the DPM indicia, detecting reflected and/or scattered light, and capturing under different illumination conditions and combining at least two consecutive images of the DPM indicia, followed by processing and decoding the obtained image.

An illumination assembly is provided for a direct part marking (DPM) scanner. The illumination assembly includes an LED assembly for generating a light output, an LED reflector mounted to the LED assembly and configured to receive at least a portion of the light output and to reflect at least the portion of the light output toward a region of interest, and a continuous aspheric cylindrical lens disposed forward of the LED reflector between the LED reflector and the region of interest. The portion of the light output reflected toward the region of interest is reflected onto the continuous aspheric cylindrical lens which then provides redistributed light to the region of interest. A dome diffuser assembly and direct part marking scanner are also provided.

We describe a new technique, standing wave axial nanometry (SWAN), to image the axial location of a single nanoscale fluorescent object with sub-nanometer accuracy and 3.7 nm precision. A standing wave, generated by positing an atomic force microscope tip over a focused laser beam, is used to excite fluorescence; axial position is determined from the phase of the mission intensity.
