A method in a SCEF is provided. The method comprises receiving a message indicating that non-IP data is to be delivered to a UE. The method further comprises retrieving information associated with a MME serving the UE. The method further comprises transmitting, to the MME, a message triggering establishment of a connection between the SCEF and the MME for delivering the non-IP data. Other devices and methods for connection establishment between MME and SCEF are also provided.

Devices and methods for connection establishment in wireless network

The present disclosure provides D flip-flops and signal driving methods using D flip-flops thereof. An exemplary D flip-flop includes a pulse signal generating circuit configured to input a first clock signal, a first data signal, a second data signal and a third data signal and generate a clock pulse signal. The clock pulse signal responds a rising-edge and a falling-edge of the first clock signal. The pulse clock signal is a pulse signal when the first data signal is opposite to the second data signal. The D flip-flop also includes a latching circuit configured to sample and transfer the first data signal and a data signal opposite to the first data signal to be used as the second signal and a fourth data signal respectively when the clock signal is at the high level.

Volume expansion in a storage management system coupled to a storage system via a network is performed. A request for expanding an original volume of a first cluster located at the storage system to a target volume is received. A second cluster located at the storage system is obtained. A remaining storage space of the second cluster is larger than a storage space required by the target volume. The storage system is instructed to create the target volume at the second cluster, and the original volume is expanded to the target volume.

One embodiment of the invention comprises receiving a write operation, establishing a correspondence relationship between a logic block address and a physical block address of the write operation, and determining whether a valid data percentage in a mapping table is greater than a predetermined threshold after the correspondence relationship is added in stored metadata of stored metadata.

Retrieving data in a storage system using thin provisioning

A mechanism is provided for thin provisioning. An original time-domain sequence of a load parameter of storage resources already allocated to an application program is collected. A future load peak time period of the storage resources already allocated to the application program is determined based on the collected original time-domain sequence of the load parameter. A new storage resource unit from a high-speed storage is allocated in response to receipt of a request to allocate the new storage resource unit to the application program in the future load peak time period. On an occasion of thin provisioning, whether the physical storage resources newly allocated to the application program are located in a low-speed storage or a high-speed storage is determined according to the accesses of the application program to the already-allocated physical storage resources.

A storage system is dynamically reconfigured. The storage system includes storage pools that each include one or more storage disks. Storage pools to be expanded are determined as target storage pools. For the target storage pools, source storage disks to be moved into the target storage pools are determined from other storage pools than the target storage pools in the storage system. The source storage disks are migrated to the respective target storage pools.

The invention relates to retrieving data from a storage system. One embodiment of the invention comprises receiving a write operation, establishing a correspondence relationship between a logic block address and a physical block address of the write operation, and determining whether a valid data percentage in a mapping table is greater than a predetermined threshold after the correspondence relationship is added in stored metadata. In response to the valid data percentage being less than the predetermined threshold, the embodiment adds the correspondence relationship to a B-tree data structure of stored metadata.

The present invention provides a method for recording the unsuccessfully transmitted downlink data volume into the CDR generated by gateway support node in a telecommunication system. The method includes creating information relating to the unsuccessfully transmitted downlink data in a node and sending the information from the node to the gateway support node, to make the gateway support node know the volume of unsent downlink data. A node and gateway support node which adapted to prevent overcharging the user which is caused by the G-CDR are also provided.
