The method for acquiring people flow information comprises: detecting entering and leaving of a target scene by people; determining specific attribute data of people flow entering and leaving the target scene, wherein, the specific attribute data includes at least a target number of people, among the detected people, which enters and leaves the target scene at the same time; and performing an operation of acquiring people flow information about the target scene, wherein, the operation of acquiring people flow information about the target scene includes at least: selecting, from a plurality of first-type counting modules, a first-type counting module corresponding to a predetermined number range of people within which the target number falls, and increasing a count value of the first-type counting module by 1, wherein, each first-type counting module corresponds to one of predetermined number ranges of people. The purpose of acquiring people flow information having a higher value in terms of business analysis, deep data mining and so on can be achieved by the solutions above.

Disclosed are systems and methods for acquiring height of a stereo camera, applied to the stereo camera. An example method includes acquiring angle information of a stereo camera, with the angle information including a pitch angle and a tilt angle. A ground image of a scenario where the stereo camera is deployed is captured and depth information of each pixel on the ground image is determined. A three-dimensional point set based on depth information of each pixel on the ground image is established, with the three-dimensional point set including coordinate information of each three-dimensional point corresponding to each pixel of the ground image. Height of the stereo camera is determined based on the angle information and the three-dimensional point set.

Embodiments of application discloses a method and device for determining external parameters of a stereo camera. The method comprises: acquiring ground surface data of a location of the stereo camera; generating, according to three-dimensional coordinates of each pixel in the ground surface data in a camera coordinate system corresponding to the stereo camera, a first plane equation in the camera coordinate system that conforms to the three-dimensional coordinates of the pixels; determining, according to a distance between the origin of the camera coordinate system and the ground surface, a setting height of the stereo camera; and generating, according to the first plane equation, a plane normal vector corresponding to the first plane equation; and determining, according to the plane normal vector, a pitch angle of the stereo camera and an inclination angle of the stereo camera. The external parameters of the stereo camera can be determined without using a reference point in a scene.
