A stability control method and device based on particle active disturbance rejection are provided. The method includes: establishing an active disturbance rejection controller model based on a dynamic model and a speed loop control model of a tethered balloon system, where the speed loop control model is established through theoretical modeling of executive components of a control system of the tethered balloon system; and optimizing to-be-optimized parameters of the active disturbance rejection controller model using a particle swarm optimization algorithm, determining an optimal active disturbance rejection controller model, and using the optimal active disturbance rejection controller model to implement stability control of a photoelectric pod. An active disturbance rejection controller is optimized by using a particle swarm optimization algorithm, which can effectively isolate the internal and external disturbances of the photoelectric pod and improve the imaging stability of the photoelectric pod.

Stability control method and device based on particle active disturbance rejection

A method and device for implementing an FPGA-based large-scale radio frequency interference array correlator are provided. The method includes: obtaining the number of channels of data of a radio frequency interference array, and performing average division; calculating the total correlation of data group and the total correlation between the data group and other data groups respectively through corresponding correlation calculation modules, and performing an accumulation calculation in an integration period to complete the total correlation operation of the radio frequency interference array. By means of grouping division and time division multiplexing, the FPGA resource is effectively utilized, and the calculation process of FPGA is simplified. The new method is suitable for the operation process of the system with high parallelism and high real-time requirements, and provides a high-efficiency solution for the real-time calculation of massive data of the large-scale radio frequency interference array.

Method and device for implementing an FPGA-based large-scale radio frequency interference array correlator

A digital receiving apparatus includes an analog-to-digital conversion module, a polyphase filter module, a fast Fourier transform module and a phase compensation module, which transforms signals of a target radio source from time domain to frequency domain. It further includes a standard time acquisition module configured to acquire a standard timestamp, a communication module configured to communicate with a host computer, a delay parameter temporary storage module configured to store a to-be-compensated delay parameter, a control enable module configured to generate an enable signal, a delay module configured to perform delay, and a phase parameter generation module configured to temporarily store the to-be-compensated delay parameter and convert it into a phase compensation parameter. The present invention achieves precise synchronous system startup, and the to-be-compensated parameter is updated and aligned in real time to compensate for a time-varying delay difference to accurately track with precision and observe the target radio source.

Digital receiving apparatus, system, and method for tracking and observing target radio source

The present invention discloses a radiation-hardened-by-design (RHBD) multi-gate device and a fabrication method thereof. The multi-gate device of the present invention includes a substrate; a source region and a drain region, which are on the substrate; a protruding fin structure and a field dielectric layer between the source region and the drain region on the substrate; a gate dielectric and a gate electrode on the fin structure and the dielectric layer; and two isolation layers separated to each other, which are disposed in the drain region between the adjacent two fins, wherein an interlayer is sandwiched between the two isolation layers. The interlayer has a doping type which is opposite to that of the substrate so that a shunt PN junction is formed between the interlayer and the substrate, and the shunt PN junction has an electrode not connected to the drain so that a part of the charges collected by the shunt PN junction are not output to the drain and are ultimately guided out of the multi-gate devices, thereby weakening the influence of the single-event effect. In comparison with a multi-gate device of prior art, the multi-gate device of the present invention may effectively suppress the sensitivity of the device to single event irradiation in the event that the layout areas of the two types of devices are almost same.

Methods and apparatus for embedding digital watermark information into and extracting digital watermark information from a text are disclosed. The method for embedding digital watermark information into a text comprises: creating a menu item of the digital watermark information; and embedding a binary string into a value of a predetermined attribute for the menu item of the digital watermark information, the binary string to be embedded being the digital watermark information to be embedded. According to the present invention, it is able to increase the amount of information to be embedded.
