A secondary disaster early warning method based on ground-based SAR monitoring of deformation data includes (1) real-time monitoring of a secondary disaster unstable area through ground-based SAR to obtain deformation monitoring data; (2) constructing a displacement-time curve generated by the secondary disaster unstable area over time; setting a monitoring period, and based on the displacement-time curve, constructing a displacement change triangular area model; (3) based on the displacement change triangular area model, constructing an area-time curve, and obtaining the area-time curve change trend and the displacement triangular area in the displacement-time curve according to the monitoring period; (4) dividing the secondary disaster development process into an initial deformation stage, a constant velocity deformation stage, and an accelerated deformation stage; (5) setting early warning levels corresponding to each stage for phased secondary disaster early warning; and (6) quickly and comprehensively identifying the secondary disaster development stage and deformation evolution trend.

Method for secondary disaster early warning based on ground-based SAR monitoring of deformation data

A preparation method of Yttrium oxide dispersed and strengthened titanium alloy powders. The method includes following steps: mixing alloying elements according to alloy element ratios of: 0.1 wt % to 1.0 wt % Y, 5.5 wt % to 6.8 wt % Al, 3.5 wt % to 4.5 wt % V, Ti as balance, preparing alloy ingots by vacuum smelting process, and performing forging and rolling process; performing mechanical treatment for forged and rolled alloy ingots, to obtain alloy rods that meet size requirement of plasma rotating electrode process; preparing titanium alloy powders based on alloy rods by the plasma rotating electrode process; preparing parameters are: rotating speed of the alloy rods is 25000 r/min to 35000 r/min, a feeding speed of the alloy rods is 1.0 mm/s to 2.0 mm/s, power of the plasma gun is 60 kw to 140 kw, a temperature of the inert gas is 200° C. to 400° C., oxygen content of atomization chamber not greater than 100 ppm.

Preparation method of titanium alloy powders

A high-resolution processing method for seismic data based on inverse multi-resolution singular value decomposition includes the steps of: step 1: obtaining a single-trace seismic signal X as a raw signal; step 2: decomposing the seismic signal by using MRSVD algorithm to obtain a series of detailed singular values and inversely recursing the detailed singular values layer by layer to obtain a new detailed signal and an approximate signal; and step 3: sequentially superimposing the new detailed signal on the raw signal, layer by layer, to compensate the high-frequency component of the seismic signal so as to obtain a high-resolution seismic signal.
