A coaxial speaker is disclosed. The coaxial speaker includes a magnetic circuit system and two sounding units. The magnetic circuit system includes a ring magnetic unit, a magnet and a yoke arranged on an outer side of the ring magnetic unit, and a first ring magnet sleeved on an insert inserted into an inner side of the ring magnetic unit. Magnetic polarities of the inner and outer surfaces of the first ring magnet are opposite. The first ring magnet together with the ring magnetic unit forms a first magnetic gap for one sounding unit. The ring magnetic unit together with the magnet and the yoke forms a second magnetic gap for another sounding unit. Diaphragms of the two sounding units are fixed to the ring magnetic unit. The coaxial speaker improves the low-frequency performance.

Coaxial speaker

The present disclosure provides a multifunctional sounder, including a casing having an accommodating cavity, and a sounding unit and at least one driving coil group that are arranged in the accommodating cavity. The sounding unit includes a sounding diaphragm system and a magnetic circuit system configured to drive the sounding diaphragm system along a first direction. The magnetic circuit system includes a main magnet and at least one secondary magnet group. Each secondary magnet group includes a plurality of secondary magnets. Each driving coil group includes at least one driving coil each corresponding to a respective secondary magnet group, and an orthographic projection of each driving coil group along the first direction misalign with the main magnet. Compared with related technologies, when adjusting the height of the sounder, only thicknesses of the secondary magnets need to be adjusted, thereby causing relatively small impact on the acoustic performance of the sounder.

Multifunctional sounder

The present disclosure provides a sounding device. The sounding device includes a vibration system, a magnetic circuit system, a conductive element and a fixed element. The vibration system includes a diaphragm and a voice coil fixed to the diaphragm. The sounding device also includes a reinforcement element for fixing the voice coil and the connection part. The reinforcement element includes a first reinforcement part fixed to the upper surface of the connection part or the lower surface of the connection part, and a second reinforcement part fixed to the outer side surface of the voice coil. Compared with the related art, the sounding device provided by the present disclosure has a simple structure and good reliability.

Sounding device

A speaker includes a diaphragm, a voice coil with a lead wire, and a flexible circuit board assembly. The flexible circuit board assembly includes at least two flexible circuit boards and a soldering sheet. Each flexible circuit board includes an inner fixing portion including an upper surface close to the diaphragm, the upper surface of a first flexible circuit board is provided with a first pad, the upper surface of a second flexible circuit board is provided with a second pad. The lead wire is arranged on a side of the first flexible circuit board close to the diaphragm and is electrically connected to the first pad. The soldering sheet includes a first fixing portion electrically connected to the second pad, a second fixing portion and a third fixing portion electrically connected to a bottom surface of the voice coil. The speaker has a better acoustic performance.

Speaker

The present disclosure provides a sounding device. The sounding device includes a vibration system, a magnetic circuit system, a conductive element and a fixed element. The vibration system includes a diaphragm and a voice coil fixed to the diaphragm. The sounding device further includes a reinforcement element having a first reinforcement part fixed to the upper surface of the connection part or the lower surface of the connection part, a second reinforcement part fixed to the outer side surface of the voice coil, and a third reinforcement part fixed with the upper surface of the voice coil. Compared with the related art, the sounding device provided by the present disclosure has a simple structure and good reliability.

The sounding unit provided by the present invention includes a frame, a vibration system and a magnetic circuit system. The vibration system includes a diaphragm, a voice coil and an FPC. The diaphragm consists of a dome with a protruded platform and a suspension. The FPC includes an internal fixed part, an external fixed part, and an elastic part. The internal fixed part includes a first fixed part, a second fixed part, and a third fixed part. The voice coil includes an upper end surface and a lower end surface. The upper end surface is fixed to the protruded platform. The lower end surface is fixed to the third fixed part. The bonding strength between the FPC and the voice coil in the sounding unit is improved, and the vibration stability of the sounding unit is enhanced.

Sounding unit

A speaker includes: a frame, a vibration system, including a diaphragm, a voice coil, and a flexible circuit board, and a magnetic circuit system, wherein the voice coil includes a first lead wire and a second lead wire, the flexible circuit board includes a first surface facing the diaphragm and a second surface opposite to the first surface, the first lead wire and the first surface are located at one side of the flexible circuit board, the second lead wire and the second surface are located at another side of the flexible circuit board, the flexible circuit board includes a first pad on the first surface and a second pad on the second surface, the first lead wire is connected to the first pad, the second lead wire is connected to the second pad. Compared with the related art, the speaker disclosed by the present disclosure has better acoustic performance.

Speaker with better acoustic performance structure

The present disclosure provides a sounding device. The sounding device includes a vibration system, a magnetic circuit system, a conductive element and a fixed element. The vibration system includes a diaphragm and a voice coil fixed to the diaphragm. The diaphragm consists of a dome part and a suspension around the dome part. The dome part includes a dome body and a protruded platform of the dome extending from the dome body to the voice coil and fixed to the voice coil. The dome part also includes dome reinforcement elements. Compared with the related art, the sounding device provided by the present disclosure has a simple structure and good reliability.

Disclosed are a voice coil and a sounding device using the voice coil. The coil body includes at least two sub coils fixed together in sequence. Each sub coil is provided with an incoming wire end and an outgoing wire end, and forms only one current path from the incoming wire end to the outgoing wire end and flowing in the same direction. The incoming wire ends of the at least two sub coils are welded together to form an incoming area on the coil body. The outgoing wire ends of the at least two sub coils are welded together to form an outgoing area on the coil body. The voice coil and the sounding device can select a wire with a lighter weight and a greater resistance, thereby decreasing a weight of a vibration system of the sounding device and improving a mid-frequency performance of the sounding device.

Voice coil and sounding device using same

A speaker includes: a frame, a vibration system including a diaphragm, a voice coil, and a flexible circuit board, and a magnetic circuit system, wherein the flexible circuit board includes an outer fixing portion, an inner fixing portion, and an elastic connecting arm, the inner fixing portion includes a first fixing portion electrically connected with the elastic connecting arm, a second fixing portion bent and extended from the first fixing portion in a direction away from the diaphragm, and a third fixing portion bent and extended from an end of the second fixing portion away from the first fixing portion in a direction of the voice coil, the third fixing portion is provided with a pad which is electrically connected with a bottom surface of the voice coil. Compared with the related art, the speaker disclosed by the present disclosure has better acoustic performance.

A speaker device is provided. The speaker device includes a frame, a vibration unit and a magnetic circuit unit. The vibration unit and the magnetic circuit unit are fixed to the frame. The magnetic circuit unit is configured to drive the vibration unit to vibrate to produce sound. The magnetic circuit unit includes a yoke. The yoke and the frame are spaced to form a leakage port. The vibration unit includes a diaphragm, a voice coil, and an elastic support assembly. The auxiliary diaphragm has one end fixed to the frame and the other end connected to the voice coil. The auxiliary diaphragm is provided with multiple vents spaced and penetrating the auxiliary diaphragm. The present disclosure can increase the circulation of gases above and below the auxiliary diaphragm, so that a side leakage effect of the speaker device is improved, thereby improving acoustic performance of the speaker device.

Speaker device

A speaker device is provided. The speaker device includes a frame, and a vibration unit, a magnetic circuit unit, and air-permeable isolation member. The magnetic circuit unit includes a yoke fixed to the frame. The yoke and the frame are spaced to form a leakage port to enable leaking from a side surface of the speaker device. The sound-producing inner cavity communicates with the leakage port. The air-permeable isolation member completely covers the leakage port. The leakage port communicates with the outside through the leakage hole. Compared with the related art, the speaker device of the present disclosure has a yoke leakage structure, which can realize self-sealing and is conducive to assembling.

The present invention provides a speaker box including a housing with a sound hole and a speaker therein. The speaker includes a frame, a vibration system, a magnetic circuit system, and a covering shell. The vibration system includes a diaphragm dividing a receiving room of the housing into a front cavity communicating with the sound hole and a rear cavity, a voice coil assembly. The magnetic circuit system includes a yoke. The covering shell divides the rear cavity into a first rear cavity inside the speaker and a second rear cavity outside the speaker. The covering shell includes a bottom wall and a side wall. A recessing portion formed on the side wall, and the recessing portion communicates the first rear cavity with the second rear cavity.

Speaker box

Provided is a speaker, including a frame, a vibration unit fixed to the frame, and a magnetic circuit unit including a magnetic gap. The magnetic circuit unit includes a yoke, and a magnet; the vibration unit includes a diaphragm, and a voice coil; the voice coil is inserted into the magnetic gap to drive the diaphragm to vibrate and produce sound; the speaker further includes a conductive lower diaphragm; the conductive lower diaphragm includes an inner connecting portion, an outer connecting portion, and an intermediate portion; the voice coil is electrically connected to the inner connecting portion; and the outer connecting portion is electrically connected to an external circuit. With this structure, internal space of the speaker is saved, reducing material cost and improving reliability.

Provided is a speaker, including a frame; a vibration unit fixed to the frame; and a magnetic circuit unit provided with a magnetic gap. The magnetic circuit unit includes a yoke and a magnet; the vibration unit includes a diaphragm and a voice coil; the diaphragm includes a dome and a suspension; the suspension includes an inner edge, an outer edge, a suspension portion, and an extension portion; the diaphragm includes a structural layer and a metal layer; the inner edge includes a first recess, and the extension portion includes a second recess; and the voice coil is electrically connected to the metal layer through the first recess, and the metal layer is electrically connected to an external circuit through the second recess. With this structure, an internal space of the speaker is saved, reducing material cost and improving reliability.
