A motor vehicle includes a steering wheel for steering front wheels of the motor vehicle, an actuator for automatically steering rear wheels of the motor vehicle, and a control device storing at least two different characteristic curve fields relating to the position of the rear wheels in relation to the position of the front wheels for controlling the actuator. The control device selects one of the two characteristic curve fields depending on a parameter relating to the position of the steering wheel or a change in the position of the steering wheel. When driving the motor vehicle in reverse, the actuator reversibly and continuously adjusts the rear wheels between a steering position that is identical to a steering position of the front wheels and a steering position that is opposite to the steering position of the front wheels.

The invention relates to a device for adjusting the camber and/or toe of the wheels () of wheel suspensions (), especially for motor vehicles, including a wheel carrier () on which the respective wheel () is rotatably mounted and which is subdivided into a carrier part () receiving the wheel, a guide part () connected to the wheel suspension (), and two rotary parts, especially control cylinders (), arranged between the carrier part and the guide part and rotatable in relation to each other, to the carrier part () and to the guide part () about a common rotation axis (). The invention relates to an independent wheel suspension for the rear wheels of motor vehicles, having a wheel support which is hinge-connected to at least one upper and one lower control arm, the lower control arm being connected by way of two more or less horizontal arm bearings forming pivot axes on the body of the motor vehicle and on the wheel support and a guide arm of the wheel support to another bearing, and also having a bearing spring resting on the wheel support and a more or less vertically oriented telescopic shock absorber. For the creation of a structurally and elastokinematically favorable wheel suspension it is proposed, as viewed from above, that the other guide rod is mounted more or less in the lower guide rod plane and diagonally forward from the exterior toward the interior, in such a way that the intersection of imaginary extensions of the other guide rod and the rear bearing points of the lower guide rod is positioned beyond the extended wheel center axis.
