Anchoring systems can be applied to connect a robotic system with its power supply structure (for example, umbilical cables), and then separate the same into several modules, each containing a pair of anchors. A sleeve is tensioned, by pulling the ring against its stop and, thus, performing a self-locking. The self-locking occurs because the friction force generated at the lace interface is greater than the sleeve tensioning force. In addition, the mesh is tightened by threading the stop of the ring in the house of the ring. The anchoring systems can be applied to any part of the robot and as many times as necessary, not being limited to the connection with the umbilical.

The present invention proposes the use of a tool () that is connected to a device for locomotion, such as, for example, a robot, and provided with an umbilical cable () to bring about a controlled reaction near the blockage, in order to remove it. The present invention provides a casing system for integration of modular internal intervention equipment in tubular lines, wherein the equipment comprises a plurality of modules (), the casing system comprising a sleeve () encasing, in an integral manner, at least one module () of the plurality of modules () and at least one portion of at least one component upstream () or downstream () of said at least one module (). The integration casing system of the present invention guarantees the mechanical integration of all the modular internal intervention equipment, rendering viable the operation thereof inside tubular lines in a safer, more efficient and more advantageous manner.

The present invention is used to compose the structure of a system that operates inside pipelines. It can be used in a robotic system in the form of a train to move tools inside small diameter tubes or ducts. It avoids the need for costly commercial connectors with limited variety of connections. The proposed solution is to partition/separate the electronic or hydraulic components into pressure vessel modules, thereby making it necessary to provide an adequate means of interconnection between said modules by means of an elastomeric conduit. Each module has a heat exchanger system (sink) to remove the heat generated by the electronic equipment installed inside thereof. The product of the invention has a sufficient degree of freedom to move in ducts and underwater pipes, where the hydrostatic pressure is extremely high.

The present invention refers to a method of drilling a marine wellbore with fluid reverse circulation without using drilling riser tubulars. In reverse circulation drilling, the fluid return with gravels occurs inside the drill string () and the injection of clean fluid is done through the annular of the well, so that, having a rotating head over the BOP (), or inside it, the use of riser tubulars as a flow line for the fluid return with gravels is disposed, using instead the drill string (). For the kill and choke lines, as well as for fluid injection, rigid or flexible lines can be used, eliminating the need to use drilling risers, thus releasing large load capacity and space on the probe. The method of this invention also eliminates the need for large volumes of fluid to fill entire riser tubulars. The entire operation can be done without the need for subsea pumps or concentric columns. Additionally, the invention makes the operation of lowering the drilling riser tubulars unnecessary, which lasts for days and has a high cost. Finally, for dual activity probes, the arrangement allows the use of the two towers even after connecting the BOP (), something that is not possible with the use of drilling riser tubulars. Therefore, operations such as mounting and lowering the casing in the water depth can be carried out in parallel with the drilling of the phase, allowing a significant additional gain of time.

The present invention relates to methods of inserting and removing tools and/or robots into/from inside subsea oil wells. In this scenario, the present invention provides a system for insertion and removal of a device () in a subsea oil well (), said system comprising (i) a WCT assembly () comprising a removable protective cap () and (ii) a WCT tool () connected to a receptacle () comprising within it the device (), wherein the WCT tool () is suitable for being inserted in the place where the protective cap () is coupled, wherein at least one of receptacle () and WCT tool () is able to be opened or closed, releasing the device () into the subsea oil well () or retaining same inside the receptacle (). The invention further provides methods of inserting and removing a device () into/from a subsea oil well ().
