A compliance score may be automatically calculated based on an assessment of record characteristic values, the service tier goal, and at least a system availability value, an incident response time value, and an incident restoration time value. A remediation recommendation may be generated, including steps that, when performed, will result in the selected system meeting the service tier goal. An indication representing the remediation recommendation may then be transmitted in connection with an interactive user interface display. According to some embodiments, remediation data is automatically routed to appropriate entities within the enterprise and updates associated with the remediation recommendation are automatically tracked as remediation steps are performed in connection with the selected system.

Systems and methods are disclosed herein for managing electronic access from remote devices to a plurality of back-end computer platforms. The system includes a front-end computing system connected to the plurality of computerized back-end services by a data network, the front-end computer system including a network interface, a profile utility, and security utility. The network interface is configured to receive a registration request for a user identity. The front-end computer system invokes services of the security utility to verify information concerning the user identity and to register a global user account for the user. The front-end computer system invokes the profile utility to merge or link pre-existing user accounts associated with the user identity for the plurality of computerized back-end services. The front-end computer system also invokes the profile utility to determine roles for the user identity in relation to each of the computerized back-end services.

Systems and methods are disclosed herein for managing electronic access from remote devices to a plurality of computer platforms. The system includes a processor, a network interface, and a memory. The network interface is configured to receive a user identity provided by a device remote to the system and an access request from the device to access a selected computer platform from the plurality of computerized platforms. The memory stores computer executable instructions which, when executed by the processor, cause the system to determine a set of access rights for the device based on the user identity and a role associated with the user identity, as related to the selected computerized platform. The computer executable instructions, when executed by the processor, further cause the system to allow the user to access the selected platforms according to the access request only if the access requested is included in the determined set of access rights.

A network interface is configured to receive a user identity provided by a user remote to the system and an access request from the user to access a selected computerized insurance service from the plurality of computerized insurance services. A memory stores computer executable instructions which, when executed by a processor, cause the system to determine a set of access rights for the user based on the user identity and an insurance-related role associated with the user identity and allow the user to access the selected computerized insurance service according to the access request only if the access requested is included in the determined set of access rights. Systems and methods are disclosed herein for processing a first-time registration request for electronic access to a plurality of computerized insurance services. A network interface is configured to communicate with the plurality of computerized insurance services by interfacing with a plurality of disparate information platforms and communicating with a user computing device. A memory stores a portal module, a profile module, and a security module, each in the form of computer executable instructions, which, when executed by a processor, cause the system to receive a user identity, a first-time registration request of the user identity, and one or more secure information items associated with the user identity from the user computing device, determine a verification score for the user identity based on the one or more secure information items, and selectively register the user identity with a plurality of the computerized insurance services based on the verification score.
