The invention relates to a microscope () having an objective interchange apparatus () comprising a holder () for receiving a number of objectives () at respective holder positions () and an objective receptacle () which is configured for receiving an objective () and is arranged in an optical beam path () of the microscope (). The microscope () is characterized by an objective delivery device () which is configured for transporting in each case a selected objective () having an objective retainer () between its holder position (), which is delivered to a transfer position (&#xdc;P), and the objective receptacle (), wherein the objective receptacle () remains in the optical beam path () during the transport of the objective (). The objective retainer () has an outer centering diameter () as a reference surface, which diameter is guided against a lateral reference surface located in the objective receptacle () such that a reproducible positioning perpendicular to an optical axis () of the microscope () may be achieved.

Microscope having an objective-exchanging device

A tube unit for microscopes which has a tube lens, including two components with an intermediate, large air separation, and an overall positive refractive power. The air separation is at least half the size of the focal length f of the tube lens. A roof edge mirror or another suitable deflection element is arranged between the two components of the tube lens. The roof edge mirror includes two mirrors, which can be tilted with respect to one another, and which is able to be tilted around its roof edge. The tilting movement or the tilting angle of the tiltable mirror or deflection element corresponds to half the tilt or half the tilting angle of the tube or eyepiece viewing system.

Tube unit for microscopes

The focusing operation of a microscope, control rotary knobs which receive the motion of fingers or hand of an operator to change the focus position relative to a sample under observation. Two of the control rotary knobs are on a common shaft and coaxial with one another and rotationally fixed with respect to one another, and are connected to a position encoder. A toggle switch which is connected to the control circuit and can be actuated by touching or moving one or both rotary control knobs. Whereby the drive circuit is configured such that it generates, as a function of the rotation of the two rotary knobs and as a function of the actuation or position of the toggle switch, a rough or fine adjustment of the focus position relative to the sample under observation.

Operating device for the focusing operation of a microscope

The invention relates to an optics changer for arranging an optical element in a target position in a changer chamber of an optical device accessible from the outside via a insertion channel, including a base frame and the optical element that is pivotally fastened to the base frame via a swivel mechanism, wherein the swivel mechanism effects a pivoting movement of the optical element when the optics changer is inserted through the insertion channel in the changer chamber starting at a predetermined insertion depth such that after inserting, the optical element is placed and pivoted in the target position.

A laser radiation-guiding device including: a laser including a control unit; ports for connection of one module each, it being possible that laser radiation may exit at the ports. The device further can include joining part sensors respectively assigned to a port and whose electrical condition depends on whether a predetermined joining part is spaced apart from the respective port by less than a maximum distance in a predetermined orientation relative to the respective port, and an evaluating unit connected to the joining part sensors via a signal link that detects the electrical conditions of the joining part sensors and, depending on the detected conditions, emits a control signal to the control unit of the laser or to a laser radiation-blocking unit, by which emission of eye-damaging laser radiation to the ports of the device can be prevented inhibited.

A scanning microscope with a light source which emits illumination light for illuminating a specimen, with at least a first detector for detecting the detection light proceeding from the specimen, and with an objective through which the specimen can be illuminated and detected, wherein the objective is arranged in an illumination beam path and in a detection beam path, and with a second detector for non-descanned detection of the detection light proceeding from the specimen, wherein a compact assembly is provided which comprises a housing which is attached to a microscope stand and which has at least one receptacle for a microscope objective for the illumination beam path and/or detection beam path of the scanning microscope, wherein at least the second detector is arranged in the housing and can be acted upon by specimen light.

Laser scanning microscope and assembly for non-descanned detection

An adjustable microscope tube for a microscope includes, in this order, along its beam path coming from an entrance to the microscope tube: an optical system, which images a first intermediate image to infinity; at least one deflecting element, which folds the parallel beam path following the optical system, and collecting optics, arranged following the deflecting element in the beam path, for imaging the first intermediate image, which has been imaged to infinity, onto a second intermediate image, wherein the length of at least one portion of the folded, parallel beam path can be changed by displacement of the deflecting element relative to the optical system.

Microscope tube

A microscope objective has axially adjustable correction mounts for adapting to different parameters influencing the imaging quality. The axial adjustment of the correction mounts relative to a stationary barrel is realized by an adjusting ring arranged on the outer side of the barrel by means of a bolt or screw which is arranged in the respective correction mount, is directed radial to the optical axis of the objective and engages in through-openings of threaded rings. The objective has at least three correction mounts which are adjustable in direction of the optical axis of the objective by at least one adjusting ring without additional rotation around the optical axis of the objective.

Device for switching the operating modes of a microscope tube

The invention is directed to a microscope having an objective corrected to infinity and a pivotable binocular viewing unit. A tube lens is arranged downstream of the objective. The microscope includes at least one two-lens tube lens having a focal intercept greater than 200 mm as well as a tiltable mirror element and a further deflecting element mounted between the tube lens and the binocular viewing unit.
