Described herein is an aqueous resin dispersion (AD) including a resin component (R) including at least one di- and/or polyfunctional monomeric primary and/or secondary amine (M) and polyfunctional polymeric organic amines having primary and/or secondary amino groups. Also described herein is an aqueous two-component coating composition including the resin dispersion.

The present disclosure relates to a chromium-free coating composition including at least one binder and at least one iron(III)-tris(N,N-dithiocarbamate) complex, where the binder includes at least one synthetic resin and at least one crosslinker. The present disclosure also relates to the use of such a coating composition for the protection against corrosion of metallic substrates, a process for at least partially coating a metallic substrate with such a priming coat, a substrate at least partially coated therewith and an article or a component made of such a substrate.

Provided herein is a coating composition curable by condensation and/or addition reactions and including (A) at least one polymer as binder, (B) at least one crosslinking agent that can be reacted by condensation and/or addition reaction with component (A), and (C) at least one specific complex as catalyst. Also provided herein is a use of the complex for catalyzing the curing of coating compositions curable by condensation and/or addition reaction.
