The hydraulic arrangement a pump unit, an equalizing reservoir, a load switching valve configured to switch between a fast extension and a load extension, and a hysteresis circuit. The hysteresis circuit is configured for triggering a first switching process of the load switching valve at a first control pressure and a second switching process of the load switching valve at a second control pressure that is different than the first control pressure.

An actuating drive for a control valve contains a working cylinder which has a piston and a piston rod and forms an actuator for the control valve. The piston bounds a first pressure space and a second pressure space to displace the piston counter to the force of a spring by applying pressure to the first pressure space via a working medium. A working medium circuit is connected to the working cylinder at first and second pressure connections to introduce and evacuate the working medium into/from the first and second pressure spaces. The working medium circuit has a working medium pump connected to convey the working fluid, at a pressure side, to the first pressure connection, and at a suction side, to the second pressure connection. The first pressure space is permanently connected, so as to convey working fluid, to the second pressure space via a bypass line.

Actuating drive for a control valve, in particular steam turbine control valve and method for operating same

An actuating drive for a regulation valve has a working cylinder with a piston and a piston rod, which piston rod forms an actuator. The piston delimits a first pressure chamber of the working cylinder. The first pressure chamber has a first pressure port for the introduction of a pressurized working medium for displacing the piston, by exertion of pressure, counter to the force of a spring. An external working medium circuit is connected to the working cylinder for introducing the working medium into or discharging the working medium from, the first pressure chamber. The working medium circuit has a working medium pump. The pump is connected to the first pressure port by a pressure line which is connected to a pressure side of the working medium pump. A check valve or shut-off valve which opens in the direction of the first pressure port is provided in the pressure line.

A hydraulic drive including a differential cylinder that has a first pressure chamber and a second pressure chamber and a differential piston, a first hydraulic pump that includes a pump intake and a pump outlet, a directional control valve having a first switching position and a second switching position, a high pressure tank, and an additional hydraulic cylinder that includes an additional pressure chamber hydraulically connected with the pump intake and with the high pressure tank and an additional piston limiting the additional pressure chamber, the differential piston being movably coupled with the additional piston, wherein in the first switching position of the directional control valve the first pressure chamber is hydraulically connected with the second pressure chamber, and in the second switching position of the directional control valve the second pressure chamber is not hydraulically connected with the first pressure chamber.

The invention relates to a hydraulic drive device, comprising a piston which is guided displaceably in a cylinder chamber along a working axis and adjoins a working pressure chamber that can be pressurized by hydraulic fluid, and comprising a control means that is guided in the piston at least in some sections between different control states in order to control the flow of the hydraulic fluid from a high pressure supply into the working pressure chamber to move the piston in the working direction and from the working pressure chamber to a return flow chamber, wherein the region of the piston facing away from the working pressure chamber delimits a low pressure chamber that is pressurized by a low pressure supply for hydraulic fluid during the operation of the device such that the piston is moved back against the working direction when the control means connects the working pressure chamber to the return flow chamber. The invention furthermore relates to a method for operating a hydraulic drive device.

A control valve system in which main valves are actuated and deactuated by operation of pilot valves. Actuation of pilot valves causes actuation of the main valves, which enables fluid pressure to be output from the control valve system. The main valves must shift within a predetermined time period in order to prevent an error condition. A timing chamber stores a predetermined amount of fluid to define a time period in which the main valves must shift.
