A screen provision system, for a printing device with a screen receptacle for a printing screen-and a squeegee device associated with the screen receptacle, has a conveying device for conveying a printing screen and at least one screen magazine with multiple screen storage portions that can each receive a printing screen. The screen provision system has at least one treatment station for treating the printing screens. The conveying device supplies printing screens to the screen magazine and to the at least one treatment station.

Screen provision system

A printing device for printing substrates, such as circuit boards, wafers, or solar cells, has at least one movably mounted printing unit with a working surface on which the substrate to be printed can be placed. The printing unit is paired with a transport belt device, which has a supply roller with a transport belt wound thereon, a collection roller for winding up the transport belt, and two deflecting surfaces, in particular deflecting rollers, which are paired with the working surface. The transport belt is guided by the supply roller over one deflecting surface and onto the working surface in order to form a contact surface for the substrates, and by the working surface over the other deflecting surface to the collection roller. The deflecting surfaces can be moved together with the respective printing unit. The supply and collection rollers are held on the printing device in a stationary manner.

Printing device

A screen unit for a printing device for printing three-dimensionally shaped structures, in particular on substrates, printed circuit boards, wafers, solar cells, carrier substrates, printing tables, carrier plates, sintering plates or the like, has a frame holding at least one printing screen and is designed to be accommodated in a screen receptacle of the printing device, to be filled with a printing compound and to be subjected to the action of a squeegee for carrying out a printing process. The screen unit has, in or on the frame, at least one holding device for the squeegee, which is in the form of an exchangeable squeegee.

A printing apparatus for printing substrates, in particular solar cells, wafers, circuit boards or the like, has at least one printing device, which is assigned at least one movable printing table, having a conveyor track along which the substrates can be moved, and having a transport device for transporting the substrates from the conveyor track to the at least one printing device and back. The transport device has at least one transport pendulum which can be pivoted or rotated about a pendulum axis and which has the printing table at at least one end at a distance from the pendulum axis. The printing table can be pivoted by the transport pendulum into a first position assigned to the printing device for a printing operation and into a second position lying in the conveyor track. The printing table has a conveying device which also forms the conveyor track in the second position of the printing table.

Printing apparatus with rotatable transport pendulums

The invention relates to a bobbin carrier for receiving a bobbin which is set up for unwinding a strand material, wherein the bobbin carrier is provided for use in a braiding, winding or spiraling machine and is set up to rotate relative to the machine during operation of the latter. The bobbin carrier has a tensile-force measuring device for measuring the tensile force of the strand material unwound from the bobbin and has a first data transfer device for transferring data. According to the invention, the first data transfer device is set up to transfer measured tensile force values to a second data transfer device arranged outside the bobbin carrier. As a result, too low or too high tensile forces in the strand material can be detected early at the individual bobbin carriers. The tensile force can be kept largely constant by the transfer of set point tensile force values from the second data transfer device to the first data transfer device and by a suitable control or regulation device at the bobbin carrier.

Bobbin carrier for a braiding, winding or spiraling machine

The invention relates to a winding device for winding strand-like material to be wound onto a rotating reel (), which winding device has a laying apparatus () by means of which the material to be wound is guided to the run-on point on the winding. The laying apparatus () is substantially movable in the direction of the axis of rotation () of the reel (). Furthermore the winding device () has at least one sensor for determining the run-on angle of the material to be wound onto the winding. The winding device () is designed in such a way that the movement of the laying apparatus () during the winding process is regulated as a function of the run-on angle determined by means of the at least one sensor. According to the invention the distance between the run-off point at which the material to be wound leaves the laying apparatus () and the run-on point during the winding process at least at times is at most four times, preferably at most twice, more preferably at most equal to the diameter of the material to be wound. Due to this small distance, a good winding of the reel is achieved, in which the individual turns rest against one another. In particular the 'crossing over' of individual turns is avoided and the material to be wound is treated carefully.

Winding device for strand-like material to be wound

A winding device for winding a strand like winding material is disclosed. The winding device includes a winding disk onto which the strand like winding material is wound, and a housing being arranged adjacently to the winding disk. The winding disk is prevented from moving, for example, from twisting, by at least one magnetic holding device. The magnetic holding device has a first magnetic arrangement, which is connected torque proof to the housing, and a second magnetic arrangement, which is connected torque proof to the winding disk, each magnetic arrangement having a north pole N and a south pole S. Between the first and second magnetic arrangements there is a gap. The first and second magnetic arrangements are magnetically coupled across the gap, wherein the strand shaped winding material is guided through the gap.
