An alloy, in particular for an anti-friction coating, includes elements which form a matrix and at least a soft phase and/or a hard phase, which soft phase elements and/or hard phase elements form a solid solution or a bond with the matrix element. The soft phase and/or hard phase is dispersed in the matrix and the solid solution or bond is formed only in the region of the phase boundary of the matrix with the soft phase and/or with the hard phase.

Alloy, in particular for a bearing coating

The invention relates to a bearing element () with a metallic support body (), a bearing metal layer () arranged over the top and a polymer layer () arranged on the top of the latter, whereby the polymer layer () consists of a polyimide resin, molybdenum sulphide (MoS) and graphite. The proportion of the polyimide resin in the polymer layer () is selected from a range with a lower limit of 60% and an upper limit of 80%, the proportion of MoSis selected from a range with a lower limit of 15% and an upper limit of 25% and the proportion of graphite is selected from a range with a lower limit of 5% and an upper limit of 15%.

Bearing element

The invention relates to an alloy, in particular for an anti-friction coating, comprising elements which form a matrix () and at least a soft phase () and/or a hard phase (), which soft phase elements and/or hard phase elements form a solid solution or a bond with the matrix element. The soft phase () and/or hard phase () is dispersed in the matrix () and the solid solution or bond is formed only in the region of the phase boundary () of the matrix () with the soft phase () and/or with the hard phase ().

The invention describes a bearing element (), comprising a protective layer (), a bearing metal layer () applied over the protective layer () and a sliding layer () applied by sputtering over the bearing metal layer (). A sliding paint layer () is applied onto the sliding layer ().

A slide bearing is described with a bearing metal layer on copper basis as applied to a carrier and a running layer made of an alloy of aluminum and tin which is applied physically onto the bearing metal layer in vacuum. In order to combine favorable resistance against wearing with a low inclination towards jamming with advantageous tribological properties it is proposed that the bearing metal layer consists of an alloy with 4 to 8% by weight of tin, 0.6 to 1% by weight of silver, 1 to 2% by weight of an iron phosphide and 0 to 0.15% by weight of carbon, preferably in the form of graphite, and the remainder of copper.
