The present invention relates to a method for continuously manufacturing an abradable sealing element, this element comprising a support substrate covered by a coating comprising at least two successive layers, each comprising a sublayer of abradable material and a sublayer of erosion-control material. This method is noteworthy in that it comprises the steps consisting in: —a) placing at least one support substrate on a rotary carousel around which are placed at least two thermal spray torches enabling the sublayer of abradable material and that of erosion-control material to be deposited, —b) rotating the carousel so as to bring said support substrate successively opposite one then the other of the two torches and to carry out the deposition of the various sublayers and to repeat this operation so as to obtain said sealing element.

An assembly for a turbomachine turbine includes at least one ring sector made of CMC material and a support casing including an upstream flange and a downstream flange between which each ring sector is disposed, each ring sector including a base that has a radially external face from which radially extend two lugs, the lugs of each ring sector being retained between the two flanges of the support casing by axial pins each engaged in one of the flanges of the ring support casing and in the lug of the ring sector facing said flange, the assembly further including, for each ring sector, at least one radial retaining pin screwed into the support casing and coming to radially bear against a lug of the at least one ring sector to retain it in position, and anti-rotation system for rotationally locking the radial retaining pin.

Assembly for a turbomachine turbine and associated turbomachine

A method for assembling/disassembling a turbine ring assembly including a turbine ring of ceramic matrix composite material and a ring support structure of metal equipped with a central shroud and with at least one single-piece annular plate positioned upstream of the ring with respect to the direction of an air flow passing through the assembly, the plate having in the radial direction a first free end and a second end opposite to the first end, the second end being removably attached to the first radial flange and shrink-fit to the central shroud, is disclosed. The method for assembling/disassembling includes, before the assembling/disassembling of the plate, a step of deformation of the central shroud and/or of the at least one annular plate.

Method for assembling and disassembling a turbine ring assembly

A turbine ring assembly including ring sectors forming a turbine ring and a ring support structure, each ring sector having, along a section plane defined by an axial direction and a radial direction of the ring, a portion forming an annular base with, in the radial direction an inner face defining the inner face of the ring and an outer face from which a first and a second attachment tabs protrude, the structure including a central shroud from which a first and a second radial clamps protrude between which the first and second attachment tabs of each ring sector are maintained. It includes a first and a second annular flanges removably fastened to the first radial clamp of the central shroud and separated from each other by a contact abutment.

Turbine ring assembly

An assembly comprising ring sectors made of a first material, the sectors being placed circumferentially end to end and suspended from an outer casing, and radial positioning means comprising at least one annular tongue made of a different material, for fastening the ring sectors to the outer casing, by an annular support. The radial positioning means further comprise an eccentric spreader engaged on one side with said at least one annular tongue and, on the other side, with the sectorized annular element, and acting to enable the distance between the annular tongue and the sectorized annular element to be adjusted radially.
