A heat exchanger including a first header and a second header; a plurality of flat pipes, each defining a first end connected with the first header and a second end connected with the second header. The plurality of flat pipes are arranged and spaced apart from each other in axial directions of the first and second headers. Each of a plurality of fins is disposed between adjacent flat pipes. The plurality of fins includes first to third fins, in which the heat exchanger has a bending segment and a straight segment adjacent to the bending segment. The first fin is in the straight segment, the second and third fins are in the bending segment, a width of the second fin is larger than a width of the third fin, and the second and third fins are alternately arranged in the axial directions.

A refrigerant distributing device and a heat exchanger having the same are provided. The refrigerant distributing device includes a distributing structure comprising a plurality of distributing pipes, at least one of the plurality of distributing pipes being provided with a distributing hole, at least two of the plurality of distributing pipes intersecting with each other; and an adapting block provided with an adapting chamber, and connected to the distributing structure such that the adapting chamber is communicated with an inner chamber of the distributing pipe.

Refrigerant distribution device and heat exchanger having same

A bent heat exchanger and a method for manufacturing the same are provided. The bent heat exchanger includes: a first header and a second header spaced apart from each other, a plurality of flat tubes and a plurality of fins. A plurality of flat tubes are disposed between the first header and the second header, two ends of each flat tube are connected with the first header and the second header respectively. Each flat tube has straight segments and a bent segment between the straight segments, the bent segment is twisted by a predetermined angle relative to the straight segment around a longitudinal direction of the flat tube. The bent segments of a plurality of the flat tubes form a bent segment row extending in a thickness direction of the flat tube. A plurality of the flat tubes are divided into a plurality of groups.

Bent heat exchanger and method for manufacturing the same

A refrigerant guiding pipe having a pipe wall in which an inner chamber is formed, an opening formed in the pipe wall, and a refrigerant guiding portion. At least a part of the refrigerant guiding portion is disposed to be substantially inclined with respect to an axial direction of the refrigerant guiding pipe to guide refrigerant passing through the opening. The refrigerant guiding pipe can distribute and guide refrigerant well to help avoid non-uniform distribution of refrigerant due to layering of gaseous refrigerant and liquid refrigerant.

A refrigerant guiding pipe has a pipe wall in which an inner chamber is formed; an opening formed in the pipe wall; and a refrigerant guiding wall portion, at least a part of an edge of the refrigerant guiding wall portion being separated from the pipe wall, thereby forming the opening. The refrigerant guiding pipe can help alleviate generation of non-uniform distribution of refrigerant due to layering of gaseous refrigerant and liquid refrigerant.
