The present disclosure provides a freezing transfer method for porous carbon electrodes based on subzero temperature and applications in sensors, the method including: forming porous carbon electrodes to be transferred on a substrate, introducing a hydrogel material between the porous carbon electrodes to be transferred and a flexible/elastomeric material, expanding the hydrogel material to form a structural coupling with porous carbon, removing the substrate to realize peeling, and completing the transfer of the porous carbon electrodes. According to the present disclosure, fast and complete peeling of the porous carbon electrodes can be realized, a thinner flexible-elastomeric substrate is required, and a composite electrode formed has superior electroconductive stretchability, which helps to realize manufacturing of conformal flexible electronics such as ultrathin flexible or stretchable sensors.

Freezing transfer method for porous carbon electrodes based on subzero temperature and applications in sensors

The invention discloses a multi-cell digital light processing printer and method controlled by 'light field-magnetic field' coupling. The invention couples a magnetic field generating device and a light curing device, and uses the magnetic field to control the material changing of microspheres carrying different cells and different magnetic contents in the vat, so that the material changing process and the printing process are in parallel, and the printing efficiency is improved; at the same time, a single vat is used for non-contact material changing, which reduces cross-contamination and can produce multi-cell biological structures with “high accuracy, high efficiency, and high cell activity”.

A multi-nozzle concurrent printing system includes a plurality of extrusion type nozzle assemblies, a three-axial translation mechanism and an objective table. Each nozzle assembly is provided with a nozzle, a storage barrel and a temperature control module; the three-axial translation mechanism includes an X-axial translation unit, a Y-axial translation unit and a Z-axial translation unit, and the nozzle assemblies are mounted on the Z-axial translation unit; and there are a plurality of nozzle assemblies, the printing system is provided with a concurrent calibration sensor, and the concurrent calibration sensor is taken as an original point of a coordinate system of the printing system. The printing system is provided with the plurality of nozzle assemblies which can work cooperatively or sequentially, the printing mode is flexible and changeable, and non-uniform mixing system forming of materials can be realized; and stable output of the materials in a formal printing task is guaranteed.

Multi-nozzle concurrent printing system

A method for preparing a fully soft self-powered vibration sensor mainly uses a laser carbonization technology to prepare a two-dimensional porous carbon electrode with an origami structure, and then transfers the two-dimensional porous carbon electrode to a three-dimensional polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) cavity through mold transfer; finally, a laser engraving technology is used to create microstructures on surfaces of the porous carbon electrode and a PDMS film. The sensor includes the PDMS film, a liquid metal droplet oscillator, a porous out-of-plane carbon electrode, and a 3D PDMS cavity assembled tightly from top to bottom. The sensor works based on the triboelectric nanogenerator principle, when the sensor is excited by vibrations, contact and triboelectrification at an interface of the liquid metal droplet oscillator and PDMS film charge both objects, making contact surfaces carry stable charges, which allows the movement of the liquid metal droplet oscillator to output current through electrostatic induction.

Fully soft self-powered vibration sensor and its fabrication method

Provided is an offshore crane heave compensation control system and method using video rangefinding to achieve heave compensation in a directly driven pump-controlled electro-hydraulic heave compensator. The heave compensation and the heave compensator are applicable for special operation and control requirements on a fixed offshore platform and allow the crane to achieve steady lifting of a load away from or lowering of a load on to a supply vessel without being influenced by the motion of the supply vessel caused by ocean currents, ocean winds, or ocean waves. Also provided is a test platform for the offshore crane heave compensation control system using video rangefinding. The test platform provides a realistic simulation for all lifting and lowering processes of an offshore platform crane in offshore environments to study the motion control of the provided system.
