A x-ray apparatus of the present application comprises: a vacuum box which is sealed at its periphery, and the interior thereof is high vacuum; a plurality of electron transmitting units arranged in a linear array and installed on the wall at one end within the vacuum box, each electron transmitting unit is independent to each other; the electron transmitting unit having: a heating filament; a cathode connected to the heating filament; a grid arranged above the cathode opposing the cathode; anode made of metal and installed at the other end of the vacuum box, and in the direction of length, the anode is parallel to the plane of the grid of the electron transmitting unit, and in the direction of width, the anode has a predetermined angle with respect to the plane of the grid of the electron transmitting unit.

X-ray apparatus and a CT device having the same

The present application provides a curved surface array distributed x-ray apparatus, characterized in that, it comprises: a vacuum box which is sealed at its periphery, and the interior thereof is high vacuum; a plurality of electron transmitting units arranged on the wall of the vacuum box in multiple rows along the direction of the axis of the curved surface in the curved surface facing the axis; an anode made of metal and arranged in the axis in the vacuum box which comprises an anode pipe and an anode target surface; a power supply and control system having a high voltage power supply connected to the anode, a filament power supply connected to each of the plurality of the electron transmitting units, a grid-controlled apparatus connected to each of the plurality of electron transmitting units, a control system for controlling each power supply.

A two dimensional array distributed x-ray apparatus of this disclosure includes: a vacuum box which is sealed at its periphery, where the interior thereof is high vacuum; a plurality of electron transmitting units arranged in one plane in a two dimensional array on the wall of the vacuum box; an anode having targets corresponding to the plurality electron transmitting unit arranged in parallel with the plane of the plurality of electron transmitting units in the vacuum box; a power supply and control system having a high voltage power supply connected to the anode, a filament power supply connected to each of the plurality of the electron transmitting units, and a grid-controlled apparatus connected to each of the plurality of electron transmitting units; and a control system for controlling each power supply.

The present application provides an external thermionic cathode distributed x-ray apparatus, including a vacuum box which is sealed at its periphery, where the interior thereof is high vacuum; a plurality of electron transmitting units arranged in a linear array and installed on the side wall of the vacuum box, where each electron transmitting unit is independent to each other; an anode installed in the center inside the vacuum box, where in the direction of length, the anode is parallel to the orientation of the electron transmitting unit, and in the direction of width, the anode has a predetermined angle with respect to the plane of the electron transmitting unit; a power supply and control system having a high voltage power supply and a focusing power supply; and a transmitting control means and a control system.

For quarantine treatment of a farming and forestry product for pest control, a method and a device may irradiate logs as a phytosanitary treatment with electron beams. The method may include: spreading the logs; aligning the spread logs to be flush at one end; conveying the spread and flush logs laterally; conveying the logs longitudinally through an irradiation field formed by accelerators to provide treatment of irradiation with the electron beams; throwing the irradiated logs out; and laterally conveying the logs away. The device may include a conveying device for conveying the logs, a shielding structure surrounding the conveying device, and accelerators provided in the conveying path of the conveying device. Two or more accelerators may be provided in centrosymmetry about the conveying path.

Method and device of irradiation of logs with electron beams as a phytosanitary treatment

A method for conducting irradiation of all logs of a whole vehicle with X-rays as a phytosanitary treatment may include: connecting a traction device and a goods carrying vehicle outside a shielding door; opening the door; the traction device pulling the vehicle into a tunnel; closing the shielding door; upon the vehicle reaching an irradiation region, accelerators generating X-rays; the traction device pulling the vehicle to pass through the irradiation region; stopping the X-rays; opening the door; the traction device pulling the vehicle away from the irradiation treatment tunnel; and disconnecting the traction device from the vehicle. A device may include a shielding structure, a tunnel formed therethrough; a rail along the tunnel; accelerators within the tunnel; and a traction device for pulling a vehicle carrying goods for quarantine treatment, the accelerators symmetrically arranged at both sides of and on the top of an irradiation region in the tunnel.

Method and device of irradiation of logs with x-ray as a phytosanitary treatment

A mobile electron beam radiation sterilizing apparatus includes a movable chassis vehicle; a cabinet body installed on the chassis vehicle; an electron accelerator, which generates electron beam for articles to be radiation-processed, wherein the electron accelerator is provided in the cabinet body; an accelerator control box, which controls operation of the electron accelerator, a radiation shielding system comprised of: a stationary shielding body covering the electron accelerator; a pair of rotatable shielding doors, through which a passage is formed for an article to be processed to enter or exit, rotatably connected to the stationary shielding body; a motor for switching on and switching off the rotatable shielding doors.

Mobile electron beam radiation sterilizing apparatus

A relocatable container inspection device, which is constituted by modularized units, is used for inspecting a container. The device comprises: a first cabin unit including a radiation source for generating a beam of penetration radiation for penetrating the container to be inspected; a second cabin unit including detectors for detecting the beam of penetration radiation penetrating through the container being inspected and producing corresponding radiographic signals, the second cabin unit and the first cabin unit being arranged oppositely in both sides of an inspection passage; a gantry unit bridging the first cabin unit and the second cabin unit to form a portal-shaped frame adapted for straddling the container being inspected; means for moving the frame relative to the container being inspected along the inspection passage, so that the detectors receive the beam of the penetration radiation generated from the radiation resource and passing through the container being inspected, thereby continuously scanning the container and producing the corresponding radiographic signals, wherein the first cabin unit, the second cabin unit and the gantry unit are all individually made as modular units so as to be quickly and easily assembled and disassembled with each other on the inspection site. In the present invention, all of the modularized units of the container inspection device can be easily assembled and disassembled in the work field, and the dimensions of each modular unit are sized to be suitable for road transports and to be facilitate for the device's movement.
