The present disclosure discloses a sound generating device, which comprises: a magnetic conductive yoke; a housing extending along an edge of the magnetic conductive yoke and having an annular shape, wherein a leakage opening is formed in a gap between the housing and the magnetic conductive yoke; and a metal mesh covering the leakage opening, wherein a portion of the metal mesh corresponding to the leakage opening is provided with a plurality of air holes. The sound generating device of the present disclosure can reduce the defective rate of products.

Sound generating device

The present invention discloses a sound generating device, which comprises a housing, and a vibration system and a magnetic circuit system which are coupled to the housing, wherein the magnetic circuit system comprises a magnetic conductive yoke, the magnetic conductive yoke comprises a magnetic conductive body and a connecting flange, the magnetic conductive body faces a diaphragm of the vibration system, the connecting flange is formed by bending the magnetic conductive body towards a side where the diaphragm is located, and the connecting flange is provided with a plurality of ventilation holes; and wherein a leakage opening is formed between the housing and the magnetic conductive body, and the connecting flange completely covers the leakage opening. The technical solutions of the present invention can reduce the defective rate of products.

Disclosed are a speaker and a portable terminal, where the speaker includes: an active vibrating unit, including a first vibrating diaphragm vibrating for radiating a sound, and a voice coil assembly for fixing and driving the first vibrating diaphragm; a passive vibrating unit, including a second vibrating diaphragm and driven by the active vibrating unit to vibrate; and a magnetic circuit system, acting with the voice coil assembly to drive the first vibrating diaphragm of the active vibrating unit to vibrate, where the magnetic circuit system is arranged between the first vibrating diaphragm and the second vibrating diaphragm, a first acoustic cavity is defined between the magnetic circuit system and the first vibrating diaphragm, and a second acoustic cavity is defined between the magnetic circuit system and the second vibrating diaphragm.

The present application provides a sound production device. The sounding device includes: an outer shell having two ends communicating with each other and comprising a first shell and a second shell, wherein the first shell and the second shell are distributed along a direction from one of the two ends to another of the two end and engaged with each other; a diaphragm integrally formed with the first shell; and a side magnetic conductive plate integrally formed with the second shell. The technical solution of the present application improves the reliability of connection between the side magnetic conductive plate and the shell.

Sounding device

Disclosed is a loudspeaker, comprising a casing () and a vibration system. The vibration system comprises a vibrating diaphragm () and a sound coil () fixed at a side of the vibrating diaphragm. A joint portion is arranged at an edge of the vibrating diaphragm (). The joint portion is bonded and fixed to the casing (). A recessed adhesive accommodating structure () is arranged at an end face connecting the casing () to the joint portion. The adhesive accommodating structure () is arranged corresponding to an adhesive surface between the vibrating diaphragm () and the casing (), and is an annular structure. According to the present invention, the loudspeaker's acoustic performance is stabilized, while the vibrating diaphragm () and the casing () can be firmly connected to each other.

Loudspeaker

A speaker housing comprises an enclosing side wall frame and a washer. A portion enclosed by the side wall frame is an inner side of the side wall frame. The washer is integrated with the side wall frame by injection molding, and at least a part of the washer is exposed at the inner side of the side wall frame. A seam is formed between a surface of the washer exposed at the inner side of the side wall frame and a surface of the side wall frame. Recesses are formed in surfaces of the washer and the side wall frame at two sides of the seam. Further provided is a speaker unit comprising the above speaker housing. A technical effect of the present application is to prevent a plastic burr extending from the seam between the washer and the side wall frame from affecting the speaker.

Speaker housing and speaker unit

Disclosed is a loudspeaker module comprising a module housing, wherein a loudspeaker unit is accommodated in the module housing; the loudspeaker unit comprises a unit housing and a unit front cover; an end surface of a sidewall of at least one side of the unit housing is provided with an ultrasonic surface welded to the module housing by means of ultrasound; and an ultrasonic line bonded with the ultrasonic surface by means of ultrasound is provided at a position on the module housing corresponding to the ultrasonic surface. The loudspeaker module of the present invention solves the technical problems of a complex assembly process, poor sealing performance and poor appearance of the loudspeaker module in the prior art, and the loudspeaker module of the present invention has a simple assembly process, good sealing performance, high quality appearance, excellent acoustic performance, high production efficiency and low production cost.

Loudspeaker module

A loudspeaker module emitting sound at a lateral side comprises a loudspeaker unit and a module housing comprising a lower module housing, a middle module housing and an upper module housing. A space formed by the loudspeaker unit, the middle module housing and the lower module housing is a rear sound cavity. A space formed by the loudspeaker unit, the middle module housing and the upper module housing is a front sound cavity. The loudspeaker module further comprises a cover plate which forms a cavity together with the upper module housing. The cavity is communicated with the rear sound cavity through a conducting hole. By utilizing the loudspeaker module of the present invention, superfluous space of the upper module housing can be converted into the rear sound cavity, and therefore the size of the rear sound cavity is increased, and the acoustic performance of the loudspeaker module is improved.

Loudspeaker module emitting sound at lateral side

The present invention discloses a speaker module and an assembling method of the speaker module and relates to the technical field of electroacoustic products. The structure of the housing of the module is improved in the present invention, so that first performing the ultrasonic welding between the shells, then mounting the speaker monomer into the inner cavity of the module and at last sealing the front acoustic cavity by coating the glue are realized, which effectively solves the disadvantages caused by first mounting the speaker monomer and then performing ultrasonic welding in prior art. According to the present invention, in the course of the assembling, the occurrence of the problems of the damage of the speaker monomer, the deformation or breaking of the shells and the leakage of the front and the rear acoustic cavity is avoided, and the end products of the speaker modules of the present invention have a high qualified rate.
