The present application provides a display panel and an electronic device. The display panel includes a control circuit, a light emitting layer, a color film layer, and a cover plate, wherein the color film layer is disposed between the light emitting layer and the cover plate, and the color film layer comprises a photosensitive region comprising a plurality of color film units and a plurality of photosensors which are spaced apart. Wherein, a first light shielding film is disposed on surfaces of the plurality of photosensors facing the light emitting layer.

Display panel and electronic device

A touch display device, including a protective layer, a display module, a touch layer, a fingerprint sensor layer, a backlight, and a shading layer. The fingerprint sensor layer and the touch layer are stacked together in the display area of the display device. By integrating the fingerprint sensor layer and the touch layer, the fingerprint recognition function can be realized while implementing the touch display, which not only reduces the production process, reduces the production cost, but also reduces the overall thickness of the display device.

Touch display device

A display panel is provided, the display panel including a color filter substrate; a plurality of fingerprint pixels disposed on a side of the color filter substrate; a plurality of fingerprint pixels disposed on a side of the color filter substrate; wherein each of the fingerprint pixels comprises a pixel unit and a fingerprint sensor; and a first black matrix disposed between the adjacent pixel units, wherein the fingerprint sensor is disposed between the color filter substrate and the first black matrix.

The present disclosure provides a display panel and a display device. The display panel includes a touch sensing module. The touch sensing module includes a touch control unit, a fingerprint sensing module, a vibrating acoustical unit, and a common electrode. The common electrode covers all the above-mentioned and time-divisionally transmits a touch control signal, a fingerprint sensing signal, and a vibrating acoustical signal. Therefore, sound on display functions and fingerprint recognition functions are achieved and holes on the front surface of the display panel are no longer required, which helps increase screen ratio.

The present disclosure discloses an array substrate and its manufacturing method and display panel, wherein, the method for fabricating the array substrate including the steps of: providing a substrate; sequentially forming a TFT functional layer, a touch signal transmission line, a first insulating layer, a first electrode, and a second insulating layer on the substrate; forming a first via and a second via on the second insulating layer by photolithography; forming a second electrode and a metal pattern on the second insulating layer; wherein the metal pattern connects the touch signal transmission line and the first electrode through the first via, and the second electrode connects the source and/or drain through the second via. By the above-described method, the present disclosure can reduce the manufacturing process of the array substrate, thereby reducing the manufacturing cost of the array substrate.
