A catalyst is illustrated, which has 70-90 parts by weight of mica, 1-10 parts by weight of zeolite, 5-15 parts by weight of titanium dioxide, 1-10 parts by weight of aluminum oxide, 1-5 parts by weight of sodium oxide and 1-5 parts by weight of potassium oxide. The present disclosure also illustrates a pyrolysis device using the catalyst, and further illustrates a pyrolysis method using the catalyst and/or the pyrolysis device for thermally cracking an organic polymer.

A breakable syringe with a safety sleeve has a syringe body (), a needle () with a needle base (), a safety sleeve (), and a breaking device. The needle () is attached to the syringe body () by inserting the needle base () into the syringe body (). The safety sleeve () slidably sleeves the syringe body () and clamps the breaking device with the syringe body (). By sliding the safety sleeve (), the safety sleeve () can be selectively positioned at different locations to expose or enclose the needle () by the multiple engaging devices and even to urge the breaking device to break the syringe body (). Therefore, the needle () of the syringe is conveniently enclosed and the syringe can be immediately broken after use.

An economic and safe process includes a catalytic cracking of the rubber tires and rubber products in the presence of mica catalyst selected from muscovite, sericite and biotite at a reaction temperature of 230.degree.-400.degree. C. under a pressure of 1-2.5 atmospheres for forming mixed oils, carbon black, gaseous products, and other residual products.
