The present invention provides a spinal implant structure. The spinal implant structure comprises a first part, a second part and at least one expansion arm. The second part is disposed on the horizontal orientation of the first part and does not overlap with the first part. The diameter of the first part is larger than that of the second part. One end of the expansion arm is connected to the first part, and the other end of the expansion arm is free end. The expansion arm includes a supporting arm. One end of the supporting arm is connected to the expansion arm, and the other end is connected the second part. The support arm includes a plurality of structure weakness. When the distance between the first part and the second part changes, the support arm bends from the structure weakness, thereby the spinal implant structure is expanded.

Spinal implant structure and kit thereof

Provided is a spinal reaming apparatus including a sleeve, an eccentric shaft, an operated element and an eccentric reaming element. The sleeve has a first end and a second end opposing the first end. The eccentric shaft is received in the sleeve. The operated element is connected to the eccentric shaft and positioned proximate to the first end of the sleeve. The eccentric reaming element is connected to the eccentric shaft and disposed at the second end of the sleeve. When rotated, the operated element drives the eccentric reaming element to rotate relative to the sleeve on the eccentric shaft such that the spinal reaming apparatus will switch between a folded mode and a functioning mode.

The present invention discloses a device for stabilization of bone segment and an extending assembly thereof. The device comprises a screw assembly, two supporting members and two extending members. The screw assembly comprises a receiver and an anchoring member. The receiver has a retainer and two opposite arms extending along the longitudinal axis of the device from the positions adjacent to the retainer. The anchoring member is connected to the retainer. The supporting members are connected to the arms respectively and extend along the longitudinal axis. Each one of the extending members has a through hole respectively. The extending members are connected to the arms with the supporting members passing through the through holes respectively.

The present invention discloses a spinal surgical instrument and a method of guiding thereof. The spinal surgical instrument is operated with a precedent device. The precedent device includes at least one guiding unit. The spinal surgical instrument includes an operating element, an extending element, a handling element and a guide element. One end of the extending element connects to the operating element. The other end of the extending element connects to the handling element. The guide element is disposed on the extending element and includes at least one guide hole. The operating element is guided to the precedent device by the passing of the guide hole along the guiding unit.

Spinal surgical instrument, method of guiding thereof and system for bone stabilization

An injection device is provided for repairing biological tissues and comprises a body, a chamber, an exterior tube, and a screw rod. The chamber is connected with the body and used for accommodating a repairing material. The exterior tube is connected with the chamber. The screw rod is disposed inside the chamber and the exterior tube. The threads of the screw rod disperse the repairing material. By using the threads of the screw rod and a driving force originating from the end of the screw rod, the repairing material is delivered into an organism.

Injection device for biological tissue repair

An implanting apparatus and an operating method thereof are provided. An implanting apparatus used for implanting an intervertebral cage into a location between two adjacent vertebral bodies, wherein the implanting apparatus comprises a sleeve and an extension member. The extension member has a rod and a coupling column, wherein the rod is screwed inside the sleeve, the coupling column is connected to one end of the rod and exposed outside the sleeve, and the axial direction of the coupling column is substantially perpendicular to that of the rod. When one end of the coupling column is disposed on an inner arc surface of a connecting portion of the intervertebral cage and the rod is rotated with respect to the sleeve, the distance between the coupling column and the sleeve is decreased so as to clamp the connecting portion of the intervertebral cage between the coupling column and the sleeve.

Implanting apparatus and operating method thereof

A foamed biocompatible material for use in tissue repair and a kit for producing same. The kit includes a container having a valve and an inlet, and a tissue-repair composition containing a biocompatible material and a liquid carrier, in which the composition is placed in the inlet of the container and the inside of container has a pressure lower than that of the outside so that, upon opening the valve, the composition is forced into the container by the pressure difference to form a foam inside the container. Also disclosed is a method of preparing a foamed biocompatible material for tissue repair.

An apparatus for anulus fibrosus repair includes a shaft, a pair of curved suturing needles mounted in parallel on the shaft, and a rotational driving mechanism connected to the shaft, which is configured to rotate the shaft and the pair of needles about a rotation axis of the shaft. Each needle includes a substantially semi-annular body having a proximal end, a distal end, an inner periphery, and an outer periphery, and an arm extending radially inward from the proximal end, in which a concavity is formed in the body proximate to the distal end extending in a direction away from it. Also disclosed is a suturing technique associated with use of the repair apparatus.

A spinal fixation assembly includes a pedicle rod and pedicle screws which secure the pedicle rod to the spine. Each pedicle screw includes a head configured to receive a portion of the pedicle rod, and a threaded portion extending from a first end of the head and configured to engage a vertebra. The pedicle rod is secured to the head by a fastener. The head includes a breakaway region that defines a location in which at least a first portion of the head can be easily separated from the remainder of the head upon application of sufficient force to the first portion. An intervertebral cage, an implanting apparatus and an operating method thereof are provided. The intervertebral cage for being implanted between two adjacent vertebral bodies includes a body and a connecting portion. The body has a lateral convex surface, an inclined surface, a lateral concave surface and a connecting surface connected sequentially. The connecting portion includes a main portion and a protrusion. The main portion connected to the connecting surface has a through hole. The protrusion is protruded from the main portion into the through hole to form first and second inner arc surfaces. The maximum width of the intervertebral cage is a distance between first and second lines. The first and second lines are substantially parallel to a tangent line of the lateral convex surface and the first line, respectively. The distance between the inclined surface and the first line decreases gradually along a direction away from the connecting portion.

Minimally invasive spinal stabilization system

A kit for producing a foamed biocompatible material includes a container configured to sustain a high pressure, and a tissue-repair composition placed in the container. The composition contains a biocompatible material, a liquid carrier, and a gas. The container has an internal pressure of greater than 1 atm and less than 250 atm, and includes a valve and a nozzle for releasing from the nozzle a foam formed of the composition upon opening the valve. Methods of producing and applying the biocompatible material are also disclosed.
