The manufacturing method includes: forming a scan line and a gate on a substrate; forming a first insulating layer covering the scan line and the gate on the substrate; forming a metal oxide semiconductor layer above the first insulating layer, the metal oxide semiconductor layer including a source, a drain and an active layer; coating an upper surface of the metal oxide semiconductor layer with a photosensitive material layer; photoetching the photosensitive material layer from the back side of the substrate by using a first metal layer as a mask to form a channel protection layer; performing conductorization treatment on the metal oxide semiconductor layer to enable the source and the drain to be conductive; forming a data line above the first insulating layer; and forming a pixel electrode above the first insulating layer.

A method and system for transforming an input image via a plurality of image transformation stylizers includes receiving the input image; providing the input image, information about the plurality of image transformation stylizers and at least one of user data, history data, and contextual data to a trained machine-learning (ML) model for selecting a subset of the plurality of image transformation stylizers; receiving as an output from the ML model the subset of image transformation stylizers; executing the subset of the image transformation stylizers on the input image to generate a plurality of transformed output images; ranking the plurality of transformed output images based on at least one of the input image, the user data, the history data, and the contextual data; and providing the ranked plurality of transformed output images for display.

Image transformation infrastructure

A system and method for rich content transformation are provided. The system and method allow rich content transformation to be separately processed on a client device and on a cloud-based server. The client device downsizes a rich content and transmits the downsized rich content to the cloud-based server via a network. The cloud-based server calculates function parameters based on the downsized rich content using one or more machine learning models included in the server. The calculated function parameters are transmitted to the client device via the network. The client device then applies these function parameters to the rich content on the client device to obtain the transformed rich content.

Efficient server-client machine learning solution for rich content transformation

Disclosed is a valve mechanical linkage system. A valve comprises a main valve and a secondary valve; the system comprises a first transmission mechanism and a second transmission mechanism; the first transmission mechanism is connected with the main valve and used for converting the up-and-down reciprocating motion of the main valve into a rotational reciprocating motion; the first transmission mechanism and the second transmission mechanism are connected by means of a coupling (), and the rotational force of the rotational reciprocating motion is transferred to the second transmission mechanism by means of the coupling (); the second transmission mechanism is connected with the secondary valve, and achieves on-off control on the secondary valve by converting the rotational reciprocating motion into the up-and-down reciprocating motion.

A double-plate gate valve includes a valve body, a valve cover, a valve stem, a guide plate, a goggle plate assembly, a diversion hole assembly, a disc spring assembly and a valve plate and wedge assembly. The goggle plate assembly provides mounting support for the diversion hole assembly and the valve plate and wedge assembly in the valve chamber, the goggle plate assembly is movable along with the diversion hole assembly and the valve plate and wedge assembly in the valve chamber, and floating seals are formed at a contact surface between the diversion hole assembly and the guide plate, and at a contact surface between the valve plate and wedge assembly and the guide plate. A face-to-face distance and a sealing force between a sealing surface of the diversion hole assembly and a sealing surface of the valve body are adjustable.

SUSD2 protein is used as a marker in identification, selection or separation of pancreatic internal secretion precursor cells and/or newborn pancreatic internal secretion cells; and a use of an mRNA, for encoding the SUSD2 protein, of a precursor protein as the marker in identification of the pancreatic internal secretion precursor cells and/or the newborn pancreatic internal secretion cells. Analysis of gene expression of pancreatic endoderm cells sourced by induced directional differentiation of human pluripotent stem cells finds the enrichment expression of a SUSD2 gene in the pancreatic internal secretion precursor cells and the newborn pancreatic internal secretion cells. A protein encoded by the SUSD2 gene is a receptor protein on cell membranes. Using the protein as the marker, the identification, the selection or the separation of the pancreatic internal secretion precursor cells and the newborn pancreatic internal secretion cells can be conducted.
