A detection kit suitable for detecting a target in a sample is provided. The detection kit includes a syringe, a first reaction container, a second reaction container, and a plurality of fluorescent substances. The syringe is loaded with first organic solvent. The first reaction container is connected to the syringe and is loaded with the sample. The second reaction container is connected to the first reaction container and is loaded with second organic solvent. The fluorescent substances are dispersed in the second organic solvent and emit fluorescence. When the target in the sample is dissolved in the first organic solvent and reacts with the fluorescent substances in the second organic solvent, the fluorescence emitted by the fluorescent substances is quenched.

Detection kit and method for detecting abused drugs

A detection kit is suitable for detecting a target compound. The detection kit includes a reaction container, an inspection solution composed of a hydrophobic solvent, and a plurality of fluorescent materials. The inspection solution is disposed in the reaction container. The fluorescent materials are dispersed in the inspection solution. The fluorescent material emits fluorescence, and after the fluorescent materials interact with the target compound, the intensity of the fluorescence emitted by the fluorescent materials is reduced.

The present invention provides Janus particles and a novel vesicle. In particular, the novel vesicle comprises a plurality of the Janus particles. The Janus particles have symmetric and asymmetric stretching vibrations of CHat about 2920 and 2850 cm, each with a shoulder, in Fourier transform infrared spectrum.

The present invention provides a process for forming Janus particles. The novel application of the Janus particles is also disclosed in the present invention. In particular, the Janus particles have an average diameter less than 10 nm and a peak between 2850 and 2921 cmin Fourier transform infrared spectrum.

Process for forming Janus particles and application thereof

A sensing paper suitable for sensing a target substance is provided. The sensing paper includes a filter paper, a wax, and a plurality of fluorescent materials. The wax is printed on the filter paper, wherein the sensing paper has a plurality of opening patterns, and each of the opening patterns respectively exposes a portion of the filter paper. The plurality of fluorescent materials is attached to the portion of the filter paper that is exposed by each of the opening patterns. Each of the fluorescent materials emits fluorescence, and after the fluorescent materials react with the target substance, an intensity of the fluorescence emitted by the fluorescent materials is quenched.

Sensing paper and method of sensing abused drugs

The present invention provides a process for forming a substance with a superstructure and a process for forming Janus particles. The novel application of the substance with the superstructure and the Janus particles are also disclosed in the present invention. The substance with the superstructure comprises vesicle and hydrogel. The vesicle and hydrogel are prepared in a solution with different ionic strength range.
