A device of a volute channel of a pump is contained in a circular casing and cooperates a rotational impeller for pumping and delivering fluid. The device comprises a volute channel structure and a throat partition. The volute channel structure is a spiral volute channel and surrounds an impeller exit side. A leading edge of the volute channel is a water-cut angle. A sectional area of the volute channel is wider and deeper from the water-cut angle. An outer diameter of the volute channel is a concentric arrangement. The throat partition connects to a rear edge of the volute channel and extends toward an exit of the casing so as to that the throat partition is at least and mainly an extension of the volute channel; the extension of the volute channel overlaps the leading edge of the volute channel to have the total length of the volute channel, the total length is able to surround the impeller exit side over 360 degrees.

The present invention is an improved structure for an oxygen adding and aeration device includes a pump; a two-layer impeller, which is installed on a top of the pump; a pump case, which covers on outside of the two-layer impeller; an air tube, which is installed in impeller inlets of a lower-layer impeller of the two-layer impeller, a top end of the air tube protrudes out of a water level; when starting the pump, the two-layer impeller is then driven to deliver air from the air tube into the lower-layer impeller, partial water is sucked from filter holes into air tube to mix with air becoming an air-water flow, continuously, the air-water injection flow is injected by the lower-layer impeller and the lower-layer outlet of the pump case to form an air-water injection flow, other partial water is sucked from the impeller inlet of the upper-layer impeller into the air tube, continuously, the water passes through the impeller outlet of the upper-layer and the upper-layer outlet of the pump case to form a water injection flow. Via a high-speed and strong structure of the upper-layer water injection flow guiding the lower-layer air-water injection flow moving forward so as to that the time and the distance of bubbles retaining in water are both raised to increase oxygen in water.

Structure for an oxygen adding and aeration device

Integrally formed stamping sheet-metal blades having 3D structure for impeller or diffuser of a centrifugal pump or blower includes at least two integral forming blade or vane members. Each blade or vane member has a plurality of relatively short 3D blades or vanes extending radially outward and an engaging edge of selected shape. Two or more blade or vane members may be positioned and stacked together through mating the engaging edge and be spot welded to form a complete impeller or diffuser assembly. The blade or vane may be joined to form a completed smooth blade or vane, or may be spaced from each other to form a multi-row blade or vane assembly. The impeller and vane assembly may be made with less number of stamping molds and jigs. Production is less expensive. Positioning and assembly of the blade and vane is easier at a lower cost.

Integrally formed stamped sheet-metal blades having 3D structure

An integrated 3-D blade structure which consists of at least two integrated pieces made by one-time shaping. Each integrated piece has a plurality of shorter 3-D curved-face blades and the relative let-in structures. Via the let-in structures, it is easily to match with the at least two integrated pieces. Then, the plurality of shorter blades could be matched with adjacent blades, depending on different design, to form a complete 3-D curved-face blade, or keeping a little distance between the matching blades to become a &ldquo;Multi-Row&rdquo; blade structure. Originally, since the whole blade structure with complicate 3-D curved face has been divided into several shorter blades for manufacturing, they are made via plastic emergence with forming or wax forming. Therefore, not only the element amount is highly decreased, but also the cost for position and assembly of blades is going down. Furthermore, the goal to approach the &ldquo;Multi-Row&rdquo; diffuser and impeller made via plastic emergence with forming or wax forming could be successful.

Integrated 3-D blade structure

A method of fabricating a pump casing that includes an inlet, an outlet and a pump casing body. The pump casing body has a neck portion that defines a groove. The inlet is formed by stamping a sheet of metal to form a basin-shaped body, wherein the stamping the center portion of the basin-shaped body forms the inlet. Centering the basin-shaped body about a first axis and using one set of roller dies to roll form the basin-shaped body into a pump casing body. The pump casing body includes, starting from the inlet, an inlet end plate, a passage side plate, a motor end plate and a neck portion. Stamping the passage side plate forms the outlet. A set of roller dies include an internal roller die and a mating external roller die, wherein both are rotatably mounted along a second and third axes, respectively, wherein the first, second and third axes are parallel to but spaced from each other.

Integrally formed stamping sheet-metal blades having 3D structure

An improved pump shell for a multistage metal working pump includes a plurality of pump shell units housed in series within a hollow cylindrical casing and has the impellers driven by a shaft. Each pump shell unit has a inner shell which forms a holding end at one side and a sealing flange at another side. The holding end of one pump shell may align and engage precisely and easily with the sealing flange of an adjacent pump shell unit to form a smooth fluid passage from the inlet of the impeller through the inner shell so that pumping efficiency may be enhanced with less turbulence. The sealing flange, holding end and the casing also form a close annular compartment for holding a seal ring inside to provide effective sealing function. The pump shell may be produced by stamping at low cost.

Pump shell for multistage metal working pump

A floatable impeller for multistage metal working pump includes an impeller hub which has an impeller metal working member supporting a rear wall of the impeller and an impeller plastic member integrally formed with the impeller working member. The impeller plastic member is engaged with and driven by the pump shaft. The impeller has a front wall attached with an impeller thrust ring which has a thrust metal working member integrally formed with a thrust plastic member located in front of the impeller front wall. The thrust plastic member serves as a bearing when rotating against a metallic pump shell of an adjacent pump unit for reducing friction loss. The impeller hub has axial grooves formed in the inside wall. The thrust plastic member has radial slots formed in the sidewall. The grooves and slots may collect and discharge grits and sands carried by fluid and generated by friction for reducing friction, improving pumping efficiency and enhancing pump durability.

Floatable impeller for multistage metal working pump

A sheet metal casing for multistage pump and its manufacturing method, the casing includes an outer shell and an inner shell. The outer shell is integrally formed and includes a front end ring, a step positioning ring, an outer shell surface and a positioning end. The inner shell is fixed to the inner side of the outer shell and includes an inner end, an inner shell surface and a step positioning rim. The step positioning rim forms a closed holding space with the outer shell surface for holding and squeezing a seal ring therein. When a plurality of casings being serially mounted on a spindle, the positioning end of a front casing may make contact with the step positioning ring of a rear casing, and the positioning rim of the front inner shell may make contact with the front end ring of the rear outer shell for axially positioning the casings on the spindle.

Sheet metal casing for multistage pump and method for manufacturing the same

A centrifugal pump impeller for easy positioning and avoid producing turbulence, includes a hub, a rear cover plate engaged with the hub, a front cover plate having an inlet at a front end thereof, and a plurality of vanes. Each vane has a front blade engaged with the front cover plate, a rear blade engaged with the rear cover plate and a blade to bridge the front and rear blade. The front blade has an indent section adjacent the inlet so that the front end of the front blade wont extend outside the front cover plate when the vane engages with the front cover plate. The rear blade has a curved front edge adjacent the spindle to make closed contact with the hub. The indent section and the curved front edge enable the impeller has smooth surface at the inlet without producing turbulence. The front and rear ends of the rear blade have respectively a vane balance hole and a positioning hole for the vane to be positioned between the front and rear cover plates precisely and easily.

Centrifugal pump impeller

An pump casing for a sheet metal pump includes a pump body made by pressing or roll forming a sheet metal, a reinforced member which includes a water guide unit and a flange unit separately made by casting or CNC machining and a seal ring engaged with the water guide unit. The pump body is a simple basin shape which can be produced with less stress concentration. The water guide unit may be made with a more precise volute for achieving better pumping efficiency. The reinforced member may increase structural strength of the pump casing for withstanding greater pumping pressure and external forces. The seal ring may be positioned precisely without dislocation because it engages with the water guide unit rather than the pump casing. The gap between the seal ring and the impeller may be kept small and constant, thus obtaining better pumping efficiency, lower operation noise and greater durability.

Pump casing for sheet metal pump

An ultra-thin low noise axial flow fan is provided for office automation machine. The center line along the blade from its root portion to its tip portion is circular arc form and it is perpendicular to the central hub. The leading edge skew angle at the tip portion of the blade is 47 degrees. The blade angle of each blade ranges from 57 to 63 degrees, which is first directly proportional to the radius of the blade and then inversely proportional to the radius of the blade from the root portion to the tip portion of the blade. The pitch-chord ratio of each blade is inversely proportional to the radius of the blade from the root port to the tip portion of the blade. The blade of the fan thereby generates high air flow and high pressure, and has advantages of low noise and ultra-thin outer casing.
