Disclosed are a motion-sensing in-vehicle alerting method, a system, and a related device, which are applied to vehicles. The method includes steps of: obtaining, by a controller, an audio signal from an in-vehicle audio bus; performing an acoustic characteristics analysis on the audio signal, and extracting an acoustic waveform of the audio signal in a time domain waveform; performing an amplitude modulation on a sinusoidal signal of the acoustic waveform to obtain a modulated sinusoidal signal after amplitude modulation; obtaining, by the controller, a control signal indicating operational behavior information from an in-vehicle control bus, matching the control signal with the modulated sinusoidal signal according to a predetermined rule to generate a vibration signal, and transmitting the vibration signal to the excitation oscillator to achieve a vibration alert. The method of the present application not only enhances safety, but also provides the vibration alert, resulting in an improved user experience.

Motion-sensing in-vehicle alerting method, system and related device

A control method for reducing vibration of a second casing of a mobile terminal includes: mounting an additional vibrator in a mounting area on the second casing, and measuring vibration responses in the mounting area under first and second preset conditions; calculating system transfer functions of the additional vibrator and a driving system formed by a first casing and an exciter; providing a signal processing unit; adjusting the value of the transfer function of the signal processing unit such that a vibration response in the mounting area under a third preset condition is at zero, and calculating the value of the transfer function H3(S) of the signal processing unit; and setting H3(S) as a preset transfer function of the signal processing unit. The present disclosure can counteract the vibration of the second casing induced by the driving system, thereby improving user experience.

Control method and system for reducing vibration of second casing of mobile terminal

The present application discloses a mobile terminal, which comprises a flexible screen, a middle frame matched with the flexible screen to form an accommodation space, an exciter fixed on the middle frame, a support layer clamped between the flexible screen and the middle frame, and a steel sheet at least covering a sound generation area, wherein an area, in which the support layer is not arranged, on the flexible screen forms the sound generation area; and the exciter is fixed on the steel sheet to drive the sound generation area to generate sound through vibration. The sound generation area of the flexible screen is driven by the exciter to generate the sound, so that the mobile terminal provided by the present invention has a better sound generation effect compared with the related art.

Mobile terminal

The present invention discloses a screen sounding exciter and an electronic device. The screen sounding exciter includes a first magnetic circuit system, an electromagnetic driving system, and a second magnetic circuit system which are sequentially arranged along a vibrating direction of the display screen from top to bottom, and an elastic member, the electromagnetic driving system includes a first electromagnet, a second electromagnet, and a magnetic conductive shell isolating a bottom of the first electromagnet from a top of the second electromagnet; a top of the first electromagnet is spaced apart from a bottom of the first magnetic circuit system to form a first vibrating gap; a bottom of the second electromagnet is spaced apart from a top of the second magnetic circuit system to form a second vibrating gap.

Screen sounding exciter and electronic device

The present application discloses a mobile terminal. The mobile terminal includes a housing; a screen module; an elastic member received in the receiving cavity; and an exciter sandwiched between the elastic member and the screen module, the exciter driving the screen module to vibrate, the exciter including a bottom wall, a lateral wall extending bently towards the screen module from the bottom wall, and a top wall covered on the lateral wall; one end of the elastic member is fixed to the housing, the other end is spaced from the housing and abuts against the bottom wall of the exciter; the top wall is fixed to the screen module, and the elastic member is in a compression deformation state to resist against the bottom wall.

A mobile terminal is provided. The mobile terminal includes a housing, a screen module covering on the housing and cooperatively forming a receiving cavity with the housing, a circuit board received in the receiving cavity, and an exciter sandwiched between the circuit board and the screen module. The exciter includes a base, a coil fixed in the base, and at least two helical springs extending perpendicularly to the circuit board from the base. The at least two helical springs are made of conductive materials. One end of each the helical spring resists against the circuit board and electrically connects the circuit board, the other end of each the helical spring extends into the receiving cavity and electrically connects the coil, and the at least two helical springs are in a compressed state during resisting against the circuit board allowing the base to abut the screen module.

An electronic device is provided, including: a vibration plate; a frame structure supporting the vibration plate, the frame structure including an installation portion parallel to and opposite to the vibration plate and a border bent at an edge of the installation portion and extending along both sides of the installation portion. The vibration plate is supported on a side of the installation portion, and a preset gap is provided between the vibration plate and the border. The electronic device further includes a middle frame fixed between the installation portion and the vibration plate. The middle frame is fixedly connected to the vibration plate, an actuator is fixed to the middle frame and drives the middle frame so that the middle frame drives the vibration plate to vibrate and sound. The electronic device further includes a damper sandwiched between the middle frame and the installation portion.

Electronic device

The present disclosure relates to the field of electronic technologies, and discloses an electronic device. The electronic device includes a vibration plate, and a frame for supporting the vibration plate. The frame includes a supporting portion opposite to and parallel to the vibration plate, and a border bent at an edge of the supporting portion and extending along the edge in two opposite directions. The vibration plate is supported by the supporting portion and a gap is reserved between the vibration plate and the border. An actuator is fixed to a surface of the vibration plate facing the supporting portion, and the actuator drives the vibration plate to vibrate and sound. A damper is provided between the vibration plate and the supporting portion. Compared with the prior art, the electronic device provided by the present disclosure can alleviate the vibration of the frame during sounding.

A vibration motor includes a housing; a vibration module including a main magnet and a central shaft extending along a vibration direction and passing through a center of the main magnet; a fixing module located in the housing and including a first coil and a second coil spaced from the main magnet; an elastic connecting part suspending the vibration module in the housing; and a sensor for detecting a displacement of the vibration module along a direction perpendicular to the central shaft. The first coil and the second coil are such arranged that a geometric center of one of the first coil and the second coil deviates from the central shaft, a geometric center of the other of the first coil and the second coil deviates from the central shaft, and the two geometric centers locate at two opposed sides of the central shaft.

Vibration motor

A vibration conformance compensation device includes a linear motor including a vibrator and a coil, a signal generator connecting with the linear motor electrically and outputting a drive signal for driving the linear motor to vibrate, a working parameter feedback module, a processing module connecting having a target vibration state value which is set in the linear motor in advance for comparing the real-time vibration state parameters of the linear motor with the target vibration state value to obtain the comparison result, and a signal conditioning module connecting with the processing module and the signal generator electrically and adjusting the drive signal in accordance with the comparison result to make the vibration state of the linear motor consistent with the target vibration state.

Vibration conformance compensation device and compensation method thereof

The invention discloses a real-time vibration state monitoring system. The system includes a linear motor, a signal generating module for driving the linear motor to vibrate, a working parameters feedback module, a calculating module, an initial position recording module, and a signal control module. The system can control the amplitude of the vibrator by monitoring the vibration state of the vibrator in the linear motor and adjusting the drive signal; therefore, the effect to normal working or reliability of the linear motor due to oversized amplitude can be avoided. A monitoring method is also provided.

Real-time vibration state monitoring system and monitoring method thereof

The present disclosure discloses a linear vibration motor driver including an amplitude and temperature testing unit, a gain controller, and a coil resistance detector and an amplifier. The amplitude and temperature testing unit receives a motor drive input signal and a feedback drive signal output by the amplifier, and outputs a corresponding estimated motor amplitude and real-time temperature according to the motor drive input signal and the feedback drive signal. The amplifier adjusts magnification, amplifies the motor drive input signal according to the magnification and outputs the feedback drive signal to drive the motor. The present disclosure can adjust the magnitude of the drive signal according to current estimated amplitude and maximum amplitude and make corresponding rectification of the amplifier magnification upon too high temperature to extend the service life of the motor.
