The method includes: controlling a luminance value of a first type backlight region to be a target luminance value determined according to an image to be displayed; controlling a luminance value of the second type backlight region to be a preset luminance value, the preset luminance value is greater than the target luminance value, and a difference between the preset luminance value and the target luminance value is greater than a preset difference value; and controlling the display panel to display the image to be displayed based on luminance of the first type backlight region and the second type backlight region.

The organic light emitting device, from bottom to top, includes a substrate, an indium tin oxide layer, a semiconductor layer, and a pixel defining layer. The semiconductor layer covers foreign particles on the indium tin oxide layer to make the indium tin oxide layer have an even thickness. The method of manufacturing the organic light emitting device including steps of providing an indium tin oxide layer, providing a semiconductor layer, patterning, and providing a pixel defining layer. The disclosure prevents from uneven brightness (mura) causing from a bright spot or a dark spot appearing at the foreign particles and ensures an overall even brightness of the organic light emitting device by providing the semiconductor layer disposed on the indium tin oxide layer to cover foreign particles on the indium tin oxide layer.

The organic light emitting device includes a thin film transistor substrate, a pixel defining layer, a reflective electrode layer, and a plurality of sub-pixels. An organic light emitting diode (OLED) display panel includes a display device substrate, a cofferdam, a transparent conductive metal layer disposed on the display device substrate, and a light-emitting layer disposed on the transparent conductive metal layer. A cushion layer made of a hydrophilic material is disposed around an active area on the display device substrate, and the cofferdam is disposed on the cushion layer. The transparent conductive metal layer extends obliquely upward toward a direction close to the cushion layer and a periphery of the transparent conductive metal layer is on the cushion layer.
