Disclosed are a fluidized bed separation method and device for methanol-to-olefins quenched water. The method may subject quenched water to liquid-solid separation via a micro-cyclone separator. The method may also subject clear liquid from the micro-cyclone separator to a secondary separation via a fluidized bed separator, then sending the same to an olefin separation device, then recovering some waste heat of the quenched water, and then returning the same to a quenching tower after performing heat exchange. The method may also regenerate a separation medium by reversely feeding stripping tower purified water or quenched water, so as to release catalyst particles absorbed by the separation medium. The method may also send a catalyst slurry concentrated by the micro-cyclone separator and the fluidized bed separator to a filter-press unit for filter-press dehydration, so as to recover a catalyst.

Fluidized bed separation method and device for methanol-to-olefins quenched water

A preparation method of a Ni-based high-entropy oxide catalyst and its application in the preparation of syngas by carbon dioxide (CO) reforming of methane (CH) is provided, and it relates to the technical field of preparation of environmental catalytic materials. The catalyst is prepared by high-energy ball milling method. Using reversible Ni particles with high content as the active site of CHgas, other metals introduced by high-entropy strategy greatly reduce the carbon generated from CHcracking while activate CO. The prepared catalyst not only effectively overcomes the problem of poor stability of the Ni-based catalyst in COreforming of CH, but also promotes activation of COand improves the efficiency of COreforming of CHreaction. The provided preparation method of the high-entropy oxide catalyst is simple, stable, economical and reliable, and has a good development prospect in the industrial application field of COreforming of CHtechnology.

A treatment system for domestic wastewater, relating to the technical field of wastewater treatment. The treatment system comprises a primary treatment system, a secondary treatment system, and a sludge treatment system; the secondary treatment system comprises a biochemical tank () and a sedimentation tank () that are sequentially connected; the biochemical tank () is connected to the primary treatment system; the secondary treatment system further comprises a second cylcone separator () and a power pump (); one end of the power pump () is connected to a sludge outlet of the sedimentation tank () by means of a pipeline, and the other end of the power pump () is connected to a second feed pipe () of the second cylcone separator (); a second underflow port () is connected to the biochemical tank () by means of the pipeline; a second overflow port () is connected to the sludge treatment system by means of the pipeline. After active sludge is treated by the second cylcone separator (), the activity of the active sludge is increased by at least 15%, thereby improving the utilization rate of a resource, reducing the cost of an overall treatment system, also improving degradation efficiency in the biochemical tank, and facilitating popularization.

An oily sewage pretreatment method without air flotation, comprising the following steps: (a) sedimentation separation: performing sedimentation separation on oily sewage to implement preliminary separation of oil, sludge, and water; (b) boiling bed separation: performing boiling bed separation on the oily sewage obtained by the preliminary separation to further remove dispersed oil, sludge, and sand from the oily sewage; (c) shape coalescence separation: performing shape coalescence separation on the oily sewage obtained by the boiling bed separation in step (b) to implement demulsification, coalescence, and separation of emulsified oil; and (d) biochemical treatment: the effluent obtained in step (c) directly enters an AOH biochemical system, an air flotation unit is omitted. Disclosed is a rotational flow rotation deoiling method for oil-based mud rock debris. The method comprises the following steps: (1) System viscosity control, wherein by means of heat exchange between a gas medium and the rock debris, the viscosity of the oil-based mud debris is reduced to reduce the interaction force between oil, water, and the surface and channels of solid particles, thereby facilitating the separation in a rotational flow field; (2) Rotational flow rotation deoiling, wherein the oil-based mud rock debris particles undergo a coupled motion of rotation and revolution, wherein by means of the rotation of the rock debris particles, the centrifugal desorption of oil on the surface of a solid phase, oil in capillaries and oil in pores is enhanced; and by means of the centrifugal force of periodic oscillation generated by the revolution thereof, the separation and enrichment of oil and gas and the solid phase are completed, thereby achieving the removal of the oil phase from the pore channels of the rock debris; and (3) gas-liquid separation and reuse, wherein an oil-containing mixture produced in step (2) is subjected to gas-liquid separation so as to realize the reuse of a base oil, circulation of the gas medium, and a harmless treatment of the rock debris; and a rotational flow rotation deoiling device for oil-based mud rock debris is further comprised.

The method comprises: using a transparent microparticle comprising two inner cores having the same diameter and arranged centrosymmetrically as a rotation test particle; acquiring synchronously two groups of two dimensional image series of microparticle motion in a liquid cyclone field using two orthogonally arranged high-speed digital cameras; and reconstructing a three dimensional motion trajectory of the microparticle from the two groups of synchronous image series, and determining a rotation velocity of the microparticle in the cyclone field at the same time.

The present invention relates to a method and a device for enclosed recycling of oil-water-sludge in an oil shale dry distillation system, comprising: scrubbing and condensing oil shale dry distillation gas at a gathering pipe section, a gas tower section, an air tower section, and a cooling tower section respectively to recycle shale oil section by section; using a separator at an outlet of each section to purify and collect the shale oil, while purifying and recycling scrubbing/cooling water; using multistage dedusters to remove oil sludge entrained in an oil-water product; using an oil sludge collecting tank and a filter after the deduster to concentrate and recycle an oil sludge; and using cyclones before and after the gas tower section to remove aerosol particles and water drops entrained in circulatory gas. Advantages include: low equipment investment costs, small occupation area, low failure rate, a highly pure shale oil product and a highly concentrated oil sludge product, and recycled waste water generated in the purification and concentration processes, thereby achieving full enclosure of the device system, greatly reducing the energy consumption, and improving the oil shale dry distillation process in the prior art.

The invention relates to a short-flow process for desulfurization of circulating hydrogen and a device for the same. A short-flow process for desulfurization of circulating hydrogen is provided, comprising: (a) removing hydrocarbons from the circulating hydrogen mixture, so that the liquid drops of the heavy hydrocarbons in the dispersion phase are separated from the circulating hydrogen in the continuous phase, and a heavy hydrocarbon phase and a mixture phase of circulating hydrogen containing sulfur are obtained; (b) further separating the resultant mixture phase to remove the sulfides therein, so that circulating hydrogen without sulfur is obtained; (c) further separating the resultant circulating hydrogen without sulfur to remove the amine solution therein, so that purified circulating hydrogen is obtained. The invention also provides a device for desulfurization of circulating hydrogen.

A process and an apparatus for separating and recovering waste alkali from a cyclohexane oxidation solution are provided. A gradient combination of the gravity separation technique, the vortex separation technique and the coalescence separation technique is used to carry out fine separation of the waste alkali liquor from the cyclohexane oxidation solution. The purified cyclohexane oxidation solution is fed into a down-stream apparatus. Most of the waste alkali liquor thus separated is recycled, while the remaining is expelled. The expelled waste alkali liquor is incinerated in an incinerator, followed by recovering the molten species using a pneumatic pulverization process.

The present invention falls within the field of purifying oil-laden wastewater, which provides a method for purifying coke-cooling wastewater in a delayed coking process in petroleum chemical field. The method comprises the following steps: (a) cooling the coke-cooling wastewater produced in a delayed coking process to 5-55&#xb0; C. under 0.1-0.25 MPa absolute pressure, to obtain cooled coke-cooling wastewater; (b) subjecting the cooled coke-cooling wastewater to solid-liquid separation, to obtain a coke breeze phase and a liquid phase; (c) further separating the obtained liquid phase, to obtain an oil phase and a water phase; and (d) further discharging water from the obtained oil phase, to obtain the separated oil phase. The present invention also provides an equipment for carrying out the method. The method of the present invention has the following advantages: low cost for the equipment, good effect for treating coke-cooling wastewater, effectively preventing sulfur pollution and foul odor pollution, saving resources and improving the overall utility of the resources, and improving the cool coking efficiency.
