A power tool includes a main body and a battery pack. The main body includes a housing and a motor, a switch assembly, and an electronic control device. The electronic control device is electrically connected to the switch assembly and the motor. The electronic control device includes an electronic control assembly, a mounting base, and a connecting assembly. The electronic control assembly includes a power circuit board. The power circuit board is provided with an opening. The connecting assembly conductively connects the battery pack to the electronic control assembly, connects to the mounting base via the opening, and mates with the mounting base to form a mounting space in which the electronic control assembly is mounted.

Power tool and electronic control device

An alternating current power tool includes a function element, a brushless motor, and a motor control circuit. The motor control circuit includes a power module, a first rectifier circuit, a driver circuit, a controller, and a second rectifier circuit. The power module is used for receiving an alternating current. The first rectifier circuit is used for receiving the alternating current received by the power module and operatively outputting a direct current bus voltage. The second rectifier circuit is electrically connected to the power module and used for receiving the alternating current received and outputting a direct current to supply power to at least the controller.

Alternating current power tool

A battery pack includes a housing of a first material, a cell assembly, and a cell support of a second material. The cell assembly is disposed in the housing and includes a plurality of cell units. The cell unit includes a positive electrode of the cell unit and a negative electrode of the cell unit. The cell support is configured to support at least the cell assembly. The cell support is at least disposed at two ends of the cell assembly and at least part of the cell support encapsulates the positive electrode of the cell unit and the negative electrode of the cell unit. The first material is different from the second material.

Battery pack, power tool system, and charging system

An electric tool includes a housing, a motor, a tool interface, a control circuit, a master switch, and a protection circuit. The tool interface is configured to connect to a power supply to supply power to the motor. The master switch is disposed on a current path formed by the tool interface and the control circuit. The master switch has an on state in which electric connection between the tool interface and the control circuit is on and an off state in which the electric connection between the tool interface and the control circuit is off. The protection circuit is connected between the master switch and the control circuit and is configured to disconnect connection between the tool interface and the control circuit in response to the master switch being in the on state before the tool interface connects to the power supply.

Electric tool

A power starting circuit used in a DC power supply circuit has a double-pole, double-throw switch electrically connected to a positive pole of a DC power supply and controls a conducting state of the circuit. A first capacitor provides a voltage signal for a first switch circuit and controls the conducting state of the first switch circuit in a continuous charging and discharging process. The first switch circuit controls the conducting state of the DC power supply circuit. A maintaining signal input end provides a maintaining signal for the first capacitor. The power starting circuit can achieve an over discharge protection function for the control circuit. Moreover, when the switch is turned on, it can automatically switch the circuit off so as to save power if the electrical product does not need to continue to work.
