A destination wireless device receives, from a base station, configuration parameters of physical sidelink feedback channel (PSFCH) radio resources. The destination wireless device receives, from a source wireless device, sidelink control information comprising an identity (ID) of the source wireless device. The destination wireless device transmits, to the source wireless device, an acknowledgement for a transport block via a PSFCH radio resource having an index. The index is based on: the ID of the source wireless device, an ID of the destination wireless device, and a modulo operation performed on a quantity of the PSFCH radio resources.

A method for uplink control multiplexing of a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) repetition may include transmitting, by a base station to a wireless device, a first message indicating PUCCHs for repetitions of uplink control information (UCI). The method may also include transmitting, by the base station, a second message indicating a number of repetitions of a transport block via physical uplink shared channels (PUSCHs) and indicating a beta offset for multiplexing the UCI via a PUSCH of the PUSCHs. The method may further include receiving, based on a coding rate that has been determined, based on the beta offset and the number of repetitions, and in response to the PUCCHs overlapping with the PUSCHs in at least one symbol, the UCI and the transport block multiplexed in the PUSCHs.

Uplink control multiplexing of a PUCCH repetition

A wireless device may receive downlink control information (DCI) indicating a first TCI state of TCI states. The first TCI state may be associated with a first power control parameter and may be applicable after a first time instance for uplink channel transmissions. The DCI may comprise an uplink grant scheduling a transport block at a second time instance and indicating a second power control parameter. The wireless device may select, from the first power control parameter and the second power control parameter, a power control parameter based on a comparison of the first time instance with the second time instance. The wireless device may determine, based on the selecting, a transmit power. The wireless device may transmit, based on the transmit power and via a physical uplink shared channel, the transport block.

The wireless device selects, for transmitting a data unit, an RA type among the first RA type and the second RA type. A transport block with the data unit is transmitted using the RA procedure associated with the selected RA type.

Random access type selection for small data transmission

The pre-configuration of a grant of a non-active bandwidth part (BWP) or other wireless resource may be beneficial to reduce signaling overhead. A base station may not need to transmit a DCI to activate a configured grant if the configured grant on a non-active BWP is activated based on switching an active BWP to a pre-configured BWP. If a configured grant on a non-active BWP is activated, a base station may not need to transmit a DCI on a new active BWP for a resource grant. A wireless device may receive a DCI indicating a switch an active BWP from a first BWP to a second BWP for a particular cell. The configured grants may be type 1 grant-free transmission that may not need activation signaling. The activation and/or deactivation of the one or more configured grants may depend on the state of the second BWP.

A base station transmits, to a wireless device, radio resource control (RRC) configuration parameters of a cell comprising a bandwidth part (BWP). The base station receive a radio link failure report indicating a connection failure during a random access procedure of the wireless device. The wireless device may cancel the one or more symbols of the uplink transmission based on a last symbol of the PDCCH reception with the first DCI being earlier than a starting symbol of the PDCCH monitoring occasions.

A message to schedule a transmission may be received without indicating a parameter for determining a power for the transmission. A wireless device receives downlink control information (DCI) scheduling a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) transmission. A wireless device transmits the PUSCH transmission using the first SRS resource set based on the first SRS resource set ID being lower than the second SRS resource set ID.

Shared uplink channel transmissions based on sounding reference signal resource sets

Wireless communication techniques using a power saving mode are described. A wireless device may be configured with a plurality of power saving configurations. A base station may transmit an indication of a power saving configuration in the plurality of power saving configurations. The wireless device may monitor a power saving channel based on the indicated power saving configuration.
