An IFN-anti-PD-L1 fusion protein, a pharmaceutical composition and a kit containing the same for treating tumors are disclosed. The IFN-anti-PD-L1 fusion protein of the present invention can simultaneously target PD-L1 and IFN receptors, and the activation of IFN signals in a tumor microenvironment (TME) can enhance the PD-1/PD-L1 therapy against tumors by inducing stronger T cell activation. The anti-PD-L1 antibody can be used to specifically deliver immunomodulatory molecules to tumor tissues, and the fusion protein results in the generation of multiple feedforward responses, which can increase the targeting effect, reduce the toxicity, and enhance the response to IFN therapy, thereby maximizing the anti-tumor effect.

Embodiments of the present invention provide a trailed multiple-viewing-angle item inspection system and method of operating the same. The inspection system includes: a trailer vehicle, a radiation inspection device, a power supply device and a power grid connection device. The trailer vehicle is mounted with a power supply chamber within which a power supply device and a power grid connection device are mounted and an inspection chamber within which a radiation inspection device is mounted. The radiation inspection device includes: ray radiation source configured to emit X-rays from various positions, detectors, a body frame, a transfer device, a data and image process system and a display and operation device. The trailed multiple-viewing-angle item inspection system of the present invention can obtain a transmission image containing depth information of an item by its one pass through the device, and achieve a high-speed inspection, a good image quality and a high inspection efficiency of hazardous articles, and its flexibility and movability can meet requirements in various working conditions.

A method and device for detecting radioactive sources is disclosed. In one aspect, an example method includes measuring, by a detector, a count rate curve of an inspection object while the inspection object moves through the detector. Pattern recognition is performed on the count rate curve. Whether there are radioactive sources in the inspection object is determined according to a result of the pattern recognition, and if there are radioactive sources in the inspection object, a type of the radioactive sources is determined.

The present disclosure discloses a corona discharge assembly, an ion mobility spectrometer and a corona discharge method. The corona discharge assembly includes at least one corona discharge unit, wherein, the corona discharge unit includes a pair of corona metal wires arranged in parallel, and pulses having the same amplitude but opposite polarities are applied to the corona metal wires arranged in parallel, respectively. The present disclosure can generate more reactive ions than corona needles or tips, facilitate improving sensitivity of the ion mobility spectrometer, and effectively prolong service life of a corona source to 3-10 years.

The present disclosure provides a rotatable sample introducing device for a trace detecting instrument including: a rotating rod, a sample introducing body and a rotating rod bracket, wherein the sample introducing body may be positioned inside the rotating rod bracket, the rotating rod passing through the rotating rod bracket and the sample introducing body may be fixed to the sample introducing body by a fastener, and the rotating rod may be rotatable. The rotatable sample introducing device for the trace detecting instrument provided by the disclosure has the following advantages in comparison with the prior art: simple structure, convenient operation, lower requirement for machine process, easy maintenance in later period and low cost.

Said method and system detect the special nuclear materials by making use of the photofission characteristic and thermal neutron induced fission characteristic thereof. A detection apparatus and method for an ion migration spectrum include acquiring an ion migration spectrum of pure carrier gas and an ion migration spectrum of carrier gas containing a test substance sample and performing differential process on the ion migration spectrum of the pure carrier gas and the ion migration spectrum of the carrier gas containing the test substance sample to acquire a differential spectrum. The value of a characteristic peak of the differential spectrum represents properties of the sample of substances. The method avoids interferences on the migration spectrum from interference sources of the apparatus itself, thereby improving detection sensitivity and accuracy of the ion migration spectrum, and migration spectrum shift caused by variations in the environmental conditions can be found and corrected through the differential process on the migration spectrum of the pure carrier gas, thereby achieving self-stableness and self-correction of the ion migration spectrometer.

A photoneutron conversion target for generating photoneutrons by directing an x-ray beam at the photoneutron conversion target includes an elongated body having a first end and a second end. When the photoneutron conversion target is in use, the x-ray beam enters the body and propagates in a direction from the first end to the second end. The body of the photoneutron conversion target is shaped such that propagation of the x-ray beam is substantially proportionate to an intensity distribution of the x-ray beam, so that the greater an intensity of x-rays of the x-ray beam, the greater the propagation distance of the x-rays within the body of the photoneutron conversion target. The photoneutron conversion target according to the invention can make full use of the x-ray beam so as to increase a yield of photoneutrons.

The present invention relates to a method of improving detection sensitivity of an ion mobility spectrometer, comprising: inserting a sample into a sample receiving device of the ion mobility spectrometer; triggering an operation of spectra acquisition through an optocoupler; when the number of the acquired spectra reaches the level required to contain enough information for accurate detection of explosives with relatively high vapor pressure, adding a dopant instantly to the ionization region by controlling the ON/OFF-state of an electromagnetic valve; when the number of the acquired spectra reaches the level required to contain enough information for accurate detection of explosives with relatively low vapor pressure, stopping the acquisition operation, and turning off the electromagnetic valve so as to stop adding the dopant to the ionization region; analyzing all of the acquired spectra to obtain the detection result. The addition time of the dopant is controlled such that the dopant can take effect on the detection of some explosives with relatively low vapor pressure while the explosives which can be detected with higher sensitivity when no dopant is added can be analyzed in the case that the dopant concentration is very low, thereby achieving the optimal detection performance of the apparatus by taking account of its response to various explosives.

An ion mobility tube comprises an ionization source chamber having a center ionization source chamber hole, an ion door, a mobility region unit having a center mobility tube chamber, a constraining grid, and a Faraday disk, and the ionization source chamber, the ion door, the mobility region unit, the constraining grid, and the Faraday disk are laminated together in sequence in a front-rear direction, wherein the mobility region unit comprises a first insulator and first metal electrode sheets concentrically fixed to a front surface and a back surface of the first insulator respectively. The mobility region unit comprises the first insulator and the first metal electrode sheets which are integral. Therefore, the ion mobility tube is advantageous in simplified manufacturing, and convenient for detachment and assembly.

A sampling component including a sampling body that can be electrically heated and an outer surface of which has a wiping sampling area to receive a sample; and an insulated handle that is connected to one longitudinal end of the sampling body. The sampling component contacts directly electrical contacts of an external power supply after being positioned in a analysis chamber, the power supply is turned on to vaporize the sample, and the power is turned off immediately after the sampling component removed from the chamber. The present invention relates to a pre-concentration device and method for an ion mobility detection apparatus. According to an aspect of the invention, there is provided a pre-concentration device comprising: a collecting passage configured to collect a gas mixture including substances to be detected: a sieve provided, in a deploy state, within the collecting passage and configured to separate the substances from the gas mixture, the separated substances being absorbed to the sieve; at least one desorption unit configured to desorb the substances that have been absorbed to the sieve, the sieve being received in a wound state in the desorption unit; and a driving device configured to drive movement of the sieve between an absorption position in which the substances are absorbed to the sieve in the collecting passage, and a desorption position in which the substances are desorbed from the sieve in the at least one desorption unit.
