Provided is a reformate hydrotreatment method, the method comprising: under liquid phase hydrotreatment conditions, bringing the reformate and a catalyst having a catalytic hydrogenation effect into contact in a hydrogenation reactor, the hydrogen used in the hydrotreating process at least partially coming from the hydrogen dissolved in the reformate. According to the method of the present invention, the reformate separated from a reformate products separating tank can directly undergo liquid phase hydrotreatment; therefore not only can the hydrogen dissolved in the reformate be fully utilized, but the olefins in the reformate can also be removed, while eliminate the requirements for recycle hydrogen and a recycle device thereof. The reformate obtained by the method of the present invention reduces the bromine index to below 50 mgBr/100 g, and has an arene loss of less than 0.5 wt %.

Reformate hydrotreatment method

Provided is a hydrocarbon oil hydrotreating method, comprising the following steps: (1) injecting hydrogen into the hydrocarbon oil via an opening having a nanoscale average diameter, so as to obtain hydrocarbon oil containing hydrogen; and (2) under a liquid phase hydrotreating condition, feeding into a reactor the hydrocarbon oil containing hydrogen to contact a catalyst having a hydrogenation catalysis effect. The method of the present invention can quickly and efficiently disperse and dissolve the hydrogen into the hydrocarbon oil even without the aid of a diluent or circulating oil, so as to obtain stable hydrogen-containing hydrocarbon oil with a high hydrogen content, and obtain an hydrotreating effect equivalent to or even better than the existing hydrotreating methods.

A process for producing an alkylene oxide by olefin epoxidation, wherein said process comprises the steps of: (1) in a first olefin epoxidation condition, in the presence of a first solid catalyst, a first mixed stream containing a solvent, an olefin and HOis subjected to an epoxidation in one or more fixed bed reactors and/or one or more moving bed reactors until the conversion of HOreaches 50%-95%, then, optionally, the resulting reaction mixture obtained in the step (1) is subjected to a separation to obtain a first stream free of HOand a second stream containing the unreacted HO, and the olefin is introduced to the second stream to produce a second mixed stream, or optionally, the olefin is introduced to the reaction mixture obtained in the step (1) to produce a second mixed stream; (2) in a second olefin epoxidation condition, the reaction mixture obtained in the step (1) or the second mixed stream obtained in the step (1) and a second solid catalyst are introduced to one or more slurry bed reactors to conduct an epoxidation until the total conversion of HOreaches 98% or more, with a proviso that said process for producing the alkylene oxide by olefin epoxidation has an selectivity for the alkylene oxide of 90% or more. The process of the present invention combines the slurry bed reactor with the fixed bed reactor and/or the moving bed reactor so as to overcome the disadvantages of the low conversion of HOin the case that only the fixed bed reactor and/or the moving bed reactor are used, and the low selectivity for the target alkylene oxide in the case that only the slurry bed reactor is used.

The present invention relates to a method of removing heavy hydrocarbon from reaction products in producing sec-butyl acetate, characterized in that the method comprises: drawing out materials from the enrichment area of the heavy hydrocarbon; contacting the materials with water sufficiently to make the heavy hydrocarbon in materials and the water stratify naturally wherein the heavy hydrocarbon is contained in the upper layer and the water is contained in the lower layer; and discharging the upper layer and recycling the lower layer into the system. The enrichment area of heavy hydrocarbon refers to the area enriched with heavy hydrocarbon and formed in the bottom of an azeotropic distillation tower during the process of azeotropic separation, while the process of azeotropic separation refers to a process of feeding the mixture of sec-butyl acetate, acetate acid and heavy hydrocarbon into the azeotropic distillation tower and adding azeotropic agent into the azeotropic distillation tower to conduct azeotropic distillation, then evaporating the azeotropic mixture formed by sec-butyl acetate and azeotropic agent from the top of the azeotropic distillation tower, and meanwhile, the acetic acid and the heavy hydrocarbon falling into the bottom of the tower.
