A driving mechanism for driving a display module to move relative to a host module includes a display module fixing component disposed in the display module, a host module fixing component movably disposed in the host module, and a pivoting component. An end of the pivoting component is pivotally connected to the display module fixing component and another end of the pivoting component is fixed to the host module fixing component. The pivoting component drives the host module fixing component to move as being pivoted by the display module fixing component. The driving mechanism further includes at least one protruding structure disposed on the host module fixing component and capable of moving relative to an inner side of the host module in line contact manner or point contact manner as the pivoting component drives the host module fixing component to move.

A docking device for connection to a touch display device is provided. The docking device includes a docking body, a pivot unit and a frame. The pivot unit is connected to the docking body. The frame is connected to the pivot unit and pivoted relative to the docking body, wherein the touch display device is detachably disposed on the frame.

A position unit is mounted on an electronic device and includes a catch member and a locking member. The catch member defines a gap which has a width that is reducible when the catch member moves from a non-catching position to a catching position and that is expandable when the catch member moves from the catching position to the non-catching position. The locking member is operable to move the catch member from the non-catching position to the catching position and from the catching position to an urging position. The engaging end of the locking member engages the catch member when the width of the gap is reduced upon movement of the catch member to the catching position. The engaging end of the locking member disengages from the catch member when the width of the gap is enlarged upon movement of the catch member to the non-catching position.

An electronic device includes first and second housings which are pivoted to each other, and a spring-biased stopper mounted movably on an upper wall of the first housing. The stopper is movable in a transverse direction relative to the upper wall between an engaging position, in which the stopper projects outwardly of the first housing through the upper wall and engages the second housing, and a second position, in which the stopper is received in the first housing and disengages from the second housing.

A latch unit is mounted on an electronic device having first and second housings. The latch unit includes a hook member for interlocking the first and second housings. The hook member is mounted in the first housing and has opposite first and second engaging ends. The first engaging end projects from the first housing and extends into and releasably engages the second housing upon movement of the hook member to an engaging position when the first housing is positioned at a first transverse position. The second engaging end projects from the first housing and extends into and releasably engages the second housing upon movement of the hook member to the engaging position when the first housing is positioned at a second transverse position.

A pivot-and-positioning assembly for an electronic device includes a mounting seat, a rotatable member mounted rotatably on the mounting seat, a first engaging member mounted on the rotatable member and rotatable along a circumferential trajectory, and a pair of diametrically disposed second engaging members mounted on the mounting seat. Each second engaging member defines a retaining recess that opens at a tangential direction relative to the trajectory for receiving the first engaging member.

A data processing device includes a main body, a display unit, a keyboard unit, and a liquid discharge path. The main body includes a casing and a circuit board. The casing includes an upper case having a top side formed with a tray receiving recess that is confined by an upright peripheral wall. The display and keyboard units are coupled electrically to the main body. The keyboard unit includes a tray and a plurality of keys. The tray includes a bottom wall and a surrounding wall. The liquid discharge path is formed through the surrounding wall and the peripheral wall, and/or through the bottom wall of the tray and the upper and lower cases of the casing, and is adapted to permit discharge of liquid that spills into the tray.
