In view of the problems of complex downhole conditions, low control precision of bottomhole pressure, low one-time success rate of well-killing and the like during a high-temperature and high-pressure deep well-killing operation, a well-killing operation wellbore flowing model is established according to measured data during throttled well-killing. The fluid distribution and flowing states in a wellbore annulus are analyzed in real time, and during a measured standpipe pressure deviation design, a pressure control value is calculated accurately in consideration of the effects of a pressure wave propagation speed and a back pressure application delay, and a throttle valve is automatically adjusted and automatically controlled to actuate.

A safety drilling system for preventing collapse of water-sensitive formation in the upper part of a high-pressure saltwater layer, which includes a wellhead equipment, a downhole drilling tool, a first injection pipeline, a second injection pipeline, a first return pipeline and a second return pipeline. Upon encountering a high-pressure saltwater layer while drilling, the system injects heavy mud into the annulus of a wellhead through the first injection pipeline to form a heavy mud cap, such that a fluid column pressure in the annulus balances the pressure of the high-pressure saltwater layer. In this case, a fluid column pressure in a drill string is lower than the pressure of the high-pressure saltwater layer.

Safety drilling system and method for preventing collapse of water-sensitive formation in upper part of high-pressure saltwater layer

The invention introduces a downhole failure analysis and processing method and device based on the partical diameter distribution of drilling cuttings. The device includes body frame, screening component, feeding system, weighing mechanism, driving mechanism and control system, which can realize automatic grading and screening according to the partical diameter of cuttings and weigh the cuttings at all levels; the method adopts the debris sieving device to measure the particle diameter distribution of cuttings, establishes a standard partical diameter distribution database of cuttings, compares with the real-time partical diameter distribution of cuttings to detect the downhole failure, and then selects the corresponding failure solution from the downhole failure data to remove the downhole failure. The invention can sieve cuttings according to the partical diameter grading, obtain the partical diameter distribution of cuttings, quickly identify the downhole failure according to the partical diameter distribution of cuttings, and remove the downhole failure.

Downhole failure analysis and processing method based on the particle diameter distribution of cuttings

The present invention discloses an ultrasonic wellbore anti-collision monitoring system, comprising a downhole ultrasonic monitoring device and a ground control system, wherein the ultrasonic monitoring device includes a cylindrical body, at least three centralizers are fixed on the cylindrical body at an equal interval, the mounting groove 1 is cut into the cylindrical body surface between two adjacent centralizers, one electrically controlled expansion device is installed in the groove 1 and includes electric push rods placed horizontally and a ribbed plate perpendicular to the electric push rods, the bottom ends of the electric push rods are fixedly connected to the bottom surface of the mounting groove, the front ends of the electric push rods are connected with the ribbed plate, the mounting groove 2 is cut into the ribbed plate, and one ultrasonic transducer is installed in the groove 2. The ground control system controls the ultrasonic transducer to emit S wave and receive the reflected wave, and calculates the distance between the two wells by monitoring the time difference between the emission time and the reflection time in combination with the travel velocity of S wave in the formation. The wellbore anti-collision monitoring system is simple in structure and easy in monitoring operation.
