A baking-type aqueous organic silicon fluorine-containing polymer paint is provided, which includes an aqueous organic silicon fluorine-containing polymer dispersion and a curing agent. The curing agent includes aqueous amino resin, aqueous isocyanate resin, or a combination thereof. In addition, the paint may further include an assist resin such as aqueous polyester resin, aqueous acrylic acid resin, aqueous epoxy resin, aqueous phenoxy resin, or a combination thereof.

Baking-type aqueous organic silicon fluorine-containing polymer paint, coating, and method for manufacturing the same

An aqueous organic silicon fluoro-containing polymer dispersion is provided. The dispersion includes 100 parts by weight of poly(vinylidene difluoride-hexafluoropropylene), 10 to 30 parts by weight of organic silicon emulsion, and acrylate polymer. The acrylate polymer and the sum of the poly(vinylidene difluoride-hexafluoropropylene) and the organic silicon emulsion have a weight ratio of 30:100 to 50:100.

Aqueous organic silicon fluoro-containing polymer dispersion and method for manufacturing the same

Polyphenylene ether resin composition includes 100 parts by weight of polyphenylene ether resin, 25 to 40 parts by weight of copolymer, and 0.01 to 0.02 parts by weight of initiator. A method of manufacturing a coating is provided, which includes applying a primer paint on a substrate, wherein the primer paint includes 100 parts by weight of a first PVF, 30-70 parts by weight of an assistance resin, 5-30 parts by weight of a curing agent, 100-120 parts by weight of a first latent solvent, 3-methoxy-3-methyl-1-butanol, and water. The first latent solvent, 3-methoxy-3-methyl-1-butanol, and water have a weight ratio of 60:10-20:40-60. The method also applies a finish paint on the primer paint, wherein the finish paint includes 100 parts by weight of a second PVF, 100-120 parts by weight of a second latent solvent, 3-methoxy-3-methyl-1-butanol, and water, wherein the second latent solvent, 3-methoxy-3-methyl-1-butanol, and water have a weight ratio of 50:10-20:30-60. The primer paint and the finish paint are baked and dried to form a coating.

Water dilutable polyvinyl fluoride paint and coating and method for manufacturing the same

A method of manufacturing a bi-layered coating is provided, which includes applying a primer paint on a substrate, wherein the primer paint includes 100 parts by weight of a first polyvinyl fluoride, 20 to 50 parts by weight of an assistance resin, and 150 to 170 parts by weight of a first latent solvent, and wherein the assistance resin is polyester modified epoxy resin, polyester type polyurethane resin, phenoxy resin, or a combination thereof. The primer paint is baked and dried to form a primer coating. A finish paint is then applied onto the primer coating, wherein the finish paint includes 100 parts by weight of a second polyvinyl fluoride and 120 to 150 parts by weight of a second latent solvent. The finish paint is baked and dried to form a finish coating on the primer coating.

Polyvinyl fluoride paint and bi-layered coating and method for manufacturing the same

Disclosed is a titanium-containing ceramic paint, including 100 parts by weight of silica sol, 50 to 100 parts by weight of organic silane, 0.3 to 1 parts by weight of a catalyst, 5 to 20 parts by weight of titanium powder, and 1 to 5 parts by weight of a silicone oil. The organic silane can be methyltrimethoxy silane and/or methyltriethoxy silane. The catalyst can be formic acid, acetic acid, hydrochloric acid, citric acid, methyl formate, ethyl acetoacetate, maleic anhydride, or combinations thereof. The titanium-containing ceramic paint may further include 30 to 50 parts by weight of filler, such as silica, alumina, zirconium dioxide, silicon carbide, aluminum nitride, boron nitride, kaolin, talcum powder, mica powder, silicate of aluminum or zirconium, barium sulfate, metal fiber, stainless powder, or combinations thereof. The titanium-containing ceramic paint may further include 30 to 40 parts by weight of a color powder.

Disclosed is a ceramic paint, including a mixture of a silica sol-gel, 20 to 60 parts by weight of filler, and 1 to 50 parts by weight of a fluorine-containing polymer, wherein the silica sol-gel is formed by reacting 100 parts by weight of silica sol, 50 to 100 parts by weight of organic silane, and 0.3 to 1 parts by weight of a catalyst.

The present invention employs alkyl polysilicate to form silicone-polyester-polysilicate hybrid compositions with an appropriate proportion to modify silicone-polyester resin, or directly adds the alkyl polysilicate at an appropriate proportion into silicone-polyester resin to produce a hybrid composition. The composition in high baking temperature forms a hybrid structure having good thermal resistance, especially, hot-oil resistance and hot hardness, and good adhesion to metals such as carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminum. The present invention can be used in the field of the protective coating for heat-resistant metal such as frying pans and electric irons to be a kind of novel heat-resistant composition having hybrid structure. The composition in accordance with the present invention comprises (A)silicone-polyester; (B)alkyl polysilicate and the structure thereof comprises (RO)&#x2014;Si&#x2014;O&#x2014;(Si(OR)&#x2014;O)&#x2014;R, where n=0&#x2dc;20 and R represents &#x2014;CH, &#x2014;CH, &#x2014;CH, or &#x2014;CH. The composition mentioned above comprises the compounds of (A) and (B) or the copolymer comprised by (A) and (B).
