A coloring nozzle cleaning assembly is used to clean a coloring nozzle of a 3D printing device. The coloring nozzle cleaning assembly includes a cleaning tank, a movable scraper and a liquid-absorbent interference member. The cleaning tank includes an opening and receives a cleaning liquid inside. The movable scraper has a contact end placed inside the cleaning tank and immersed in the cleaning liquid, and the contact end can be moved out of the cleaning tank through the opening to scrape against the coloring nozzle. The liquid-absorbent interference member is disposed within an area of the opening, and is located over a liquid level of the cleaning liquid and interferes with a movement course of the movable scraper. Excess cleaning liquid adhered to the movable scraper is absorbed by the liquid-absorbent interference member before the movable scraper cleans the coloring nozzle.

Coloring nozzle cleaning assembly

A method for processing printing information of a powder-bed type 3D printer is disclosed. The method comprises following steps of: generating a color image and an adhesive image for each printing slice in accordance with a 3D file; adjusting adhesive information of the adhesive image based on color information of the color image; and, generating a final printing image based on the color image and the adjusted adhesive image. The method prevents the 3D printing from jetting adhesive that may overlap with jetted colored ink by using the final printing image, so as to avoid the jetted color-ink being diluted by the adhesive, and powders being moist because of the overlap of the colored ink and the adhesive.

Processing method for printing information of powder-bed type 3D printing

A distributed printing method of a powder-bed type 3D printer is present. The method first generates, for each printing layer of a 3D model file, a color image which is applied to print an outer contour part and a non-color image which is applied to print an internal structure part. The method then calculates replacing information according to a default adjusting module, and adjusts color information of the color image and adhesive information of the non-color image based on the replacing information. Finally, the method combines the adjusted color image and non-color image for generating a final printing image, and executes printing according to the final printing image.

Distributed printing method of 3D printer

An automatic inkjet head cleaning method for a powder bed and inkjet 3D printer is provided, and the method includes steps: controlling a powder-laying module and a plurality of the inkjet heads of the powder bed and inkjet 3D printer to print a 3D physical model according to 3D printing data; retrieving a status value continuously or intermittently during printing; executing the first cleaning procedure for cleaning all or parts of the inkjet heads when determining the status value satisfies the first cleaning configuration value; and executing the second cleaning procedure for cleaning all or parts of the inkjet heads when determining the status value satisfies the second cleaning configuration value. The method automatically cleans the inkjet heads during the printing process, which effectively improves printing quality and reduces printing failure rates.

Automatic inkjet head cleaning method for powder bed and inkjet 3D printer

A method for adjusting a printing head usage amount of a 3D printer and a control device are provided. The method is adapted to control the control device of the 3D printer. The method includes following steps. At least one printing head of the 3D printer is divided into a plurality of sections. An accumulated printing point number of each of the sections is obtained. At least one specific section used for printing a 3D object is selected from the sections according to the accumulated printing point number of each of the sections. The method for adjusting the printing head usage amount of the 3D printer and the control device can avoid excessively high usage amount of some nozzles.

Method for adjusting printing head usage amount of 3D printer and control device

A method for setting function options and a multi function peripheral (MFP) using the same are provided. The MFP at least includes an image sensor and an option switch, wherein the option switch includes a sliding groove and a shift lever, and the shift lever is disposed in sliding way in the sliding groove. The method includes using the image sensor to obtain an option image of the option switch; judging a corresponding position relating to the shift lever in the option image; and setting a peripheral function according to a function option corresponding to the corresponding position.
