A light guide module includes a circuit board, a light emitting unit, a light guide plate, and a film. The light emitting unit includes a first light emitting unit and a second light emitting unit. The first light emitting unit and the second light emitting unit are arranged on the circuit board along a first axis. The light emitting unit has a second axis, and the second axis is substantially perpendicular to the first axis. The light guide plate has a through hole and a light conducting area. The through hole is surrounded by a hole wall. There is a first gap between the first light emitting unit and the adjacent hole wall along the first axis, and there is a second gap between the first light emitting unit and the adjacent hole wall along the second axis. The first gap is larger than the second gap.

Light guide module

Disclosed in the present application is a three-dimensional (3D) contour measurement system. The 3D contour measurement system includes a light source unit, an image acquisition unit, and a control device. The light source unit emits light beam, the light source modulation unit modulates the light beam into a structured light with a preset frequency. The image acquisition unit acquires a stripe image of the object. The control device processes the stripe image to obtain a spectral image, obtains a first phase corresponding to a first structured light, a second phase corresponding to the second structured light, and an equivalent phase corresponding to the structured light based on the spectral region, and obtains a contour height of the object based on the first phase, the second phase, and the equivalent phase.

Three-dimensional contour measurement system

An adapter includes an enclosure, a circuit module, a shielding element, a control module, a backlight module, and a masking element. The circuit module and the control module are arranged in the accommodating slot of the enclosure. The shielding element covers the circuit module and the control module is connected to the circuit module. The backlight module is located outside the shielding element and is connected to the control module. The wiring terminal of the backlight module is connected to the control module. The light-emitting area of the backlight module and the masking element are corresponds to the transparent area of the side surface of the enclosure. The control module controls the backlight module to cause the light-emitting area to emit light to irradiate the masking element, so that part of the light penetrates the enclosure through the transparent area and forms an illuminated icon.

A backlight module includes a glass substrate, a light-outputting sheet, a light guide plate, and a reflective sheet. The light-outputting sheet is disposed under the glass substrate and has a light-outputting region and a light-shielding region. The light-outputting region is disposed corresponding to the glass substrate. The light-shielding region is disposed corresponding to an outer periphery of the glass substrate. The light guide plate is disposed under the light-outputting sheet and has a light guide region and a light mixing region. The light guide region is disposed corresponding to the light-outputting region. The light mixing region is configured to receive light of a light-emitting element and guide the light to the light guide region. The light leaves the light guide region and then sequentially propagates through the light-outputting region and the glass substrate. The reflective sheet is disposed under the light guide plate.

Backlight module

A light-emitting module includes a light guide plate, a light-emitting element, a first reflection layer and a second reflection layer. The light guide plate has a light incident surface, a light exit surface, a first surface, and a second surface. The light incident surface has three edges connected sequentially. The first surface, the light exit surface, and the second surface are connected to the edges respectively. The first surface and the second surface are respectively located on opposite sides of the light guide plate. The light exit surface extends away from the light incident surface and is elongated. The light-emitting element is configured to emit light toward the light incident surface. The first reflection layer is disposed corresponding to the first surface to cover the first surface. The second reflection layer is disposed corresponding to the second surface to cover the second surface.

Light-emitting module

A backlight assembly includes a reflection sheet, a light-shielding sheet, two light-emitting elements, and a light guide plate. The reflection sheet is disposed on a circuit board and has two through holes. The light-shielding sheet is disposed on the reflection sheet and has a hollow portion having a closed contour. The light-emitting elements are disposed on the circuit board, respectively accommodated in the through holes, and located in the hollow portion. The light guide plate is embedded in the hollow portion and includes two light guide regions. Each of the light guide regions has a light mixing region and a light outputting region. A corresponding one of the light-emitting elements and the light outputting region are respectively located on opposite sides of the first light mixing region. The light-shielding sheet further has a light blocking portion disposed between the light guide regions.

Backlight assembly and touchpad device

A backlight module adapted to an illuminated keyboard is provided. The backlight module includes a light source assembly, a light guide film, and a reflective sheet. The light guide film has a top surface, a bottom surface, a through hole and a light-exit pattern. The light source assembly includes a light-emitting component configured to emit light toward the through hole. A size of the through hole is smaller than a size of the light-emitting component. The light-exit pattern is on the bottom surface and encloses the through hole. The reflective sheet is located above the through hole. A size of the reflective sheet is larger than or equal to the size of the through hole. A distance from the through hole to an outer edge of the light-exit pattern is greater than a distance from to the through hole to an outer edge of the reflective sheet.

A light-emitting device includes a main body, a light guide plate, and a flexible circuit board. The main body includes a light exit wall and a side wall connected and bent relative to each other. The light exit wall and the side wall together form a groove. The light guide plate has a light exit region and a light mixing region. Microstructures are disposed on the light exit region. At least a part of the light exit region is engaged in the groove. The flexible circuit board has a light-emitting unit. The light-emitting unit is configured to emit light toward a side surface of the light mixing region. The light enters the light guide plate from the side surface of the light mixing region and is totally reflected in the light mixing region, and then is guided to the light exit wall through the microstructures.

Light-emitting device

A backlight module includes a flexible circuit board and a light guide plate. A first light source assembly, a second light source assembly, and a positioning member are disposed on the flexible circuit board. The light guide plate is disposed over the flexible circuit board and includes a first single key light guide area, a second single key light guide area, and a connection area. The first single key light guide area has a first through hole accommodating the first light source assembly. The second single key light guide area has a second through hole accommodating the second light source assembly. The connection area is located between the first and second single key light guide areas and has an accommodating hole. The flexible circuit board is overlapped with the light guide plate with the positioning member being accommodated in the accommodating hole.

A backlight module includes a circuit board, a light-shielding plate, and a light guide plate. The circuit board is provided with first and second light-emitting units. The light-shielding plate is disposed above the circuit board. The light guide plate is disposed between the circuit board and the light-shielding plate and includes first and second single-key light guide areas. The first and second single-key light guide areas respectively have first and second through holes respectively accommodating the first and second light-emitting units. A distance between the geometric center of the first single-key light guide area and that of the light guide plate is greater than a distance between the geometric center of the second single-key light guide area and that of the light guide plate. A current flowing through the first light-emitting unit is greater than a current flowing through the second light-emitting unit.

A backlight module includes a cover plate, a light guide plate, a circuit board, a reflective layer, and a light source. The light guide plate is disposed under the cover plate and has a first hole corresponding to a light-shielding region of the cover plate. The circuit board is disposed under the light guide plate and includes a first substrate and a conductive layer having a through hole. The reflective layer is disposed between the light guide plate and the circuit board and has a second hole. The first substrate is in contact with the reflective layer. The conductive layer is disposed between the first substrate and the reflective layer having a recess recessed into the through hole. The light source is disposed on the circuit board, accommodated in the first hole and the second hole corresponding thereto, and in contact with the conductive layer.

Backlight module and method of manufacturing the same

A touchpad module including a light guide plate, a circuit board, a light source, a reflective layer, a thin film, a touch substrate, a cover, and a low light-transmission layer is provided. The light source is disposed on one side of the incident surface of the light guide plate. The thin film overlaps a light-exit surface, a distant surface, and a bottom surface of the light guide plate, and has a first end side and a second end side. The first end side is fixed to a side edge area of the light-exit surface. The second end side is fixed to the reflective layer. The cover is located on one side of the light-exit surface of the light guide plate. The thin film is located between the cover and the light guide plate. The low light-transmission layer is disposed on one side of the cover facing the light guide plate.

Touchpad module

An illuminated keyboard comprises a first keycap group, a second keycap group, and a backlight module. Each keycap group includes plural keycaps. The backlight module comprises a first light-emitting unit, a second light-emitting unit, a first resistor, a second resistor, a light guide plate, and a circuit board. The light-emitting elements in the first and second light-emitting units are electrically connected to each other in parallel. The first resistor is electrically connected to the first light-emitting unit in series, and the second resistor is electrically connected to the second light-emitting unit in series. The light guide plate is configured with plural through holes, and the circuit board is disposed under the light guide plate. A first total light-emitting area of the first keycap group is not equal to a second total light-emitting area of the second keycap group.

Illuminated keyboard and backlight module thereof

A light-emitting module includes a light-shielding sheet, a light guide plate, a light barrier, a circuit board, and first and second light-emitting elements. The light-shielding sheet includes a first pattern area and a second pattern area. The light guide plate is disposed under the light-shielding sheet and has a microstructure disposed corresponding to the second pattern area. The light barrier is disposed under the light guide plate and has first and second holes. The circuit board is disposed under the light barrier. The first light-emitting element is disposed on the circuit board, enters the first hole, and is configured to emit light toward a bottom surface of the light guide plate. The second light-emitting element is disposed on the circuit board, passes through the second hole, and is configured to emit light toward a side surface of the light guide plate.

A backlight module includes a circuit board, a light-emitting unit, a light-reflecting plate, a light guide plate, and a light-shielding sheet. The light-emitting unit is disposed on the circuit board. The light-reflecting plate is disposed above the circuit board. The light guide plate is disposed above the light-reflecting plate and includes a single-key light guide area. The single-key light guide area includes an accommodating hole and a light-blocking structure. The accommodating hole runs through the single-key light guide area and accommodates the light-emitting unit. The light-blocking structure and the light-emitting unit are arranged in a direction. The light-shielding sheet is disposed above the light guide plate.
