In a driving switching system, an H-bridge circuit includes a first P-type MOSFET, a first N-type MOSFET, a second P-type MOSFET and a second N-type MOSFET. The first N-type MOSFET connects to the first P-type MOSFET so as to have a first connection terminal. The second N-type MOSFET connects to the second P-type MOSFET so as to have a second connection terminal, wherein the first connection terminal and the second connection terminal are connected to a coil. A first and a second kickback voltage detection module respectively detect a first kickback voltage at the first connection terminal and a second kickback voltage at the second connection terminal. In the accompanying method, a first and a second driving module are selectively used to switch the first and second P-type MOSFET and the first and second N-type MOSFET once the first and second kickback voltages reach a first or a second threshold voltage.

Driving switching system applied to motors and method thereof

A detection control system includes a sensing unit, a control module and a driving module for a motor including a rotor and a stator. The sensing unit electrically connects the motor to sense a first and a second magnetic pole of the rotor cross a chip disposed between the rotor and the stator; a third magnetic pole is alternated to a forth magnetic pole of the stator to generate a sensing signal. A detection unit of the control module detects a kickback voltage value generated by a first current value changing to a second current value to calculate a minimum current value to generate a detecting signal. A timing unit receives the sensing and the detecting signal to calculate a first and a second period of time, and a discharging time. The driving module drives the rotor by receiving a control signal the control unit generates by controlling an alternating time.

Detection control system

A method for controlling a direct current (DC) brushless motor, and a control circuit thereof are provided. The DC brushless motor is sensorless. In response to a digital output signal that is applied to drive the direct current brushless motor, detection of a back electromotive force (BEMF) is ceased in a predetermined time interval, so as to avoid detecting erroneous BEMF and keep normal operation of the direct current brushless motor.

Method for controlling a direct current brushless motor, and control circuit

The control circuit for power supplying includes a driving module and a control module, wherein the driving module includes a first switch, a second switch, a third switch, and a fourth switch. In a first power supply mode, the first switch and the second switch are turned on, and the third switch and the fourth switch are turned off. The load current flows to the ground terminal via the first switch, the inductive load, and the second switch. When the control module sends a switching signal to the driving module, the first switch and the second switch are turned off and the third switch and the fourth switch are turned on, and the load current flows to the high potential terminal via the fourth switch, the inductive load, and the third switch due to the current inertia.

Control circuit for power supplying

An apparatus for starting a direct current brushless motor and a method thereof are provided. The direct current brushless motor comprises a plurality of windings. The control apparatus comprises a sense amplifier, a differential circuit, and a control circuit. The sense amplifier is configured to detect a first back electro-motive force of a non-electrified first winding. The differential circuit is configured to calculate a differential value of the first back electro-motive force. The control circuit is configured to provide a current to two of the windings and to switch the current to another two of the windings to start the direct current brushless motor.

Control apparatus for starting a direct current brushless motor and method thereof

A switching regulation circuit for a dual-winding motor apparatus is provided. The switching regulation circuit comprises a gate-controlled device and a driving circuit. When one of the two windings generates an induced voltage signal greater than a threshold value, the driving circuit generates an output signal for turning on the gate-controlled transistor. Thereby, a parasitic diode of the gate-controlled device will not be turned on and damage the entire circuit.

Switching regulation circuit and dual-winding motor apparatus

The present invention discloses a brushless dc motor driver circuit capable of reducing vibration or shock noise and a method thereof. The brushless dc motor driver circuit of the present invention comprises a Time-Voltage Digital/Analog Converter. The Time-Voltage Digital/Analog Converter further comprises: at least one magnetic field detecting circuit, at least one counter, and a signal processor. The Time-Voltage Digital/Analog Converter is connected to a driver circuit of a brushless dc motor and detects the periodically varying magnetic field of the brushless dc motor. Based on the rising time and the falling time of the preceding magnetic field variation, the Time-Voltage Digital/Analog Converter calculates the elapsed time from the current phase-change point and generates a linearly rising signal and a linearly falling signal. Then, those two sets of analog signals are used to drive the brushless dc motor. Thereby, the vibration or shock noise of the brushless dc motor is reduced. Besides, the phase switching rate of the brushless dc motor can be modified via adjusting a first magnetic flux density and a second magnetic flux density of the Time-Voltage Digital/Analog Converter.
